can you make e liquid flavors

I just got a vape pen and really enjoy smoking it. My dad has a buddy who makes his own liquids and they tasted pretty good so it got me thinking I brew and make homemade vodkas I was wondering if it would be possible to use pg/vg and soak fruit in it to make flavors.Or taking the flavored vodka and trying that I really dont like the throat hit that much but its just another idea for trying to make a flavor. I did read that sugar was bad in the liquid so Im not sure if this would even be a good project and advice would be great.

Their is a juice line out their with pieces of fruit in them but I can't remember the name lol its doable just got to mess around with it to get it right
