I'm pretty sure vaping at work depends on the company's policy. I'm a continuous care hospice nurse and specifically started vaping because so many of the facilities I work at are smoke free campuses (can't eve smoke in your car), and when I work at a patient's house it is awkward and tacky (occasionally scary) to be outside their house smoking a cigarette at 3am. I've yet to have an issue with any location I've worked. Although last night, someone thought I was smoking weed when they saw me vape on my MVP.... so I've decided I will only use my itaste vv v3.0 while at work haha

Since I work from home I am going to say yes I can vape at work. :). I know that does not help. I will say when I am out in public I try not to vape anywhere I would not smoke. I know I can (until outlawed) but I don't want to force that on others around me. I think that is where us vapers have gotten a bad reputation and that will spur on more legislation quickly. IMHO

Sooooo,

She came up to me and my buddy. We were both playing pool and taking a few puffs on our e-cigs. I believe I had my mech and he had an ego style.

She came up to us with a HUGE attitude and said, "I'm going to need you to stop smoking those in here." (think of the .....iest voice you can imagine)

We proceeded to explain that they are electronic and it is vapor.

She was not having it.... She proceeded to tell me how they are toxic and that I don't know what's in there and that is illegal to use them indoors. She and my buddy argued intensely for about 5 mins and she decided to get the manager of the bar, who laughed and told the lady to get over it haha. :D

This is crazy, gave me a good laugh though!

Unfortunately I work in a government facility where DHS has banned all ecig activity inside government buildings.
