If anything I would pick up a few more coils/heads for the T2 & the Viva Nova. That's what will die & need replacing before anything else, and the shipping on them alone isn't worth it.

Thanks for the info. I know a few brick and mortar places have them in Edmonton but they are crazy expensive from what I've seen. A 510 starter kit for 50.00 online is over 100.00 in those stores so I'd like to avoid them if possible.

How long on average do those coils and heads usually last? I was looking through the DIY section and some of it seems pretty intimidating to me now, are they easy to replace?

Yeah from what I've read across the board it's a good setup. I just hope it has a good instruction manual or is fairly simple to understand once you see the parts in front of you. I just want to make sure I'm covered because old habits die hard and it's to easy to run to the store and buy a pack if I don't have something else there. I'm sure theres lots of youtube vids covering it if I do get too terribly confused come assembly time.

Then I looked a bit closer and realized that it opens from the bottom. Also I seem to have forgotten which juices I put in which thingy.

When ordering juice it's a good idea to start with a lot of smaller sample sizes. You'll likely be surprised at what you do & don't like.

That was the 1st thing I did when I had 5 posts. I've received a few Pm's from people with some good direction but more input is always appreciated.

Did you find overfilling to be a problem or were you conservative with the juice. I can't imagine that tastes good, might take me back 10 years and getting a gross water hit

I see in your sig you just upgraded to the one I'm pulling the trigger on. What do you think of it?

It's just the coils you need to order, not the full kits( you get them in your starter kit)
I think a coil will last at least a week, not sure cuz I use a few tanks in rotation.

Thanks again. It all keeps adding up, in the long run I know it's more cost effective and healthy, but Wow there is so much more to it then I ever thought. I've spent half my day deciphering jargon and trying to weigh everything out. I'm positive I'm making the right choice on everything, but it's just so much to take in.(mentally)

Once I get going I'm sure it'll be second nature, but as a noob its totally overwhelming at first.

I second that! That's why I bought the mini ego. You can pretty much hide the whole unit in your hand, with just the tip sticking out. They are supposed to last around 4 hours. Perfect for me. I also got the Vision Spinner which is similar to the Twist for about 10 hours or so. I love the Ce3's for both as well. Got it all at Canvape as well

I just tried to make my order off of Canvape and it's telling me its out of stock when I try to add to cart even though the site says it's in stock

Tried to order the 2 black 1000s. I'll try to order the stainless instead when I get home from dropping my son off at playschool.

Edit: So i'm better off to get the mini as a second battery each or the 6500? Or the 6500 and the mini as a 3rd?

Ok so my order has the eGo starter kit
2 Ego mini battery's
3 t2 LR replacement coils
3 Nova 1.8 ohm replacement coils
1 extra USB charger that I plug into many things around my house as well as car.

Am I good to go?

Instead of so many replacement coils, you might want to get a couple more T2s or nova minis.

That way you don't need to clean them out to switch flavours. The coils should last a while anyway.

The 1000mah twist will last you all day and then you have the mini as backup or for going out/being stealthy. I have the mini and a 1000mah twist in my pocket right now with one T2 filled with halo Malibu

I think that is an excellent start.
The extra coils are always a good idea. They do last a good while but they are so cheap, you might as well have spares.
Although, I had one coil that lasted less then one day, most will last months if you really want it to. I tend to change mine every couple of weeks now. Easy to do and juice tastes better on fresh coils.
That reminds me, I gotta pick up more soon.

I only got 40 ml of juice so I'll order some extra containers after I totally commit to it a few days after it and order more juice at the same time.

Edit: I seriously hope this helps my gf to commit but I am still skeptical at this point. She says shes in but I can hear reservation in her voice.

I'm waiting on them to restock the mini's as well. I've been using the ego mini more than my twists lately. 3.7v with 1.8ohm kanger t2's lasts me throughout work and then dies around 9pm. You wont be disappointed when you get them!

In the email they said that they are expecting to have the minis back in stock at the end of the month, so I just asked them to ship them when they arrive. Going to have to find a backup battery until then though. Going to feel weird vaping on the long 1100 at work or in my car while I wait.

I had hoped my order would have shipped today, but I just got home from work and received an email stating that they didn't have the mini batteries in stock, so now I wait one more day for it to ship and only have one battery each instead of having backups. Just to update apparently shipping tomorrow meant the day after tomorrow since it hit Canada Post today at 3:something est. Now my expected delivery is Mon Jan 28 instead of Tomorrow or Fri as intended when I ordered last Fri. I used to use other services from On and QC (gameaccess) that would snail mail faster than this has been. I am very disappointed at this stage in the game. We now have an extra 3 days of analogs and batteries missing. The money I could have saved by overpaying elsewhere has now become non existent and put us negative from where we expected to be.

Not a good experience so far. I can recommend the deal but not the service. I had planned to order more from them but I will pay the extra elsewhere.

Don't let that deter you. Canvape is not a huge business and we tend to expect everything to be instant now. I suppose we have the internet to blame for that one...

the two shipments I got from them also had their expected delivery date pushed back. Canada post pulled through though and delivered them on the original expected date.

Also, many other places will take just as long, if not longer, to ship out.
