Don't let that deter you. Canvape is not a huge business and we tend to expect everything to be instant now. I suppose we have the internet to blame for that one...

the two shipments I got from them also had their expected delivery date pushed back. Canada post pulled through though and delivered them on the original expected date.

Also, many other places will take just as long, if not longer, to ship out.

When we had communicated on Mon evening and they said they would ship it tomorrow I expected it to ship yesterday, it didn't. It shipped today. That is not Canada Posts fault, it is theirs. I use express post on almost a daily basis and know what the delivery times are. I even tried to give them leeway buy ordering on a Friday.

They didn't deliver it to Canada Post until this afternoon even though it was supposed to ship yesterday. How can I not be unhappy about that?

The least they could have done was put it out on the Afternoon ship on Tues or the Morning Weds ship, nope they wait until the Weds afternoon ship. They had much flexibility to make it appear on time and they did nothing. I was willing to order more when the mini batteries shipped because expresspost on 20 = no profit. Now I'm just going to let them eat the postage. I wanted to be nice, but it seems they didnt care about service for me.

I would ask them what happened... Sorry you had a bad experience :(

When they told me the batteries were unavailable, they didn't offer me a sample for free, when I signed and checked out I didn't get the 5% 1st time customer off. They accepted my email transfer fast, then they delayed shipping by days even though they told me otherwise.

I don't think I have much left to say to them, they made mistakes, made no bones about it and then messed up more. If I held peoples personal taxes for 2 or 3 days, instead of sending them off I'd hear about it. Some people are about customers and some are about money, I know where they sit now.

No bonus offer, no sorry we ....ed up, just ok we'll send it off 36 hours after you asked us to, even though we said it's ship tomorrow.

What happened when you entered the code?

I didn't use the code. TBH. I should have said I opted out of taking the 5% rather than I didn't get it, poor wording on my part.

@ Ridethespiral yes it shipped on Weds, but it should have shipped Mon, then after the emails about the Minis it should have shipped Tues. It sat in "processing" until Weds even though he told me he'd ship it tomorrow after our email on Mon night. That day cost me an extra $75.00 (roughly) in analogs as we pass through the weekend.

To add insult to injury I got a call from work today that our bosses bought us and our spouses all eGo 6500's from AZ that they shipped on Tues. With no communication from them at all, they apparently all switched to ecigs while in AZ and bought the entire office and our spouses Ego 6500 starter kits and juices from FreedomsmokeUSA so on top of the order I have coming in I have a bunch of other stuff coming from them.

Could have saved some cash there.

Wow-- never heard of an employer doing that! How many people are we talking here? Stay positive-- it's always nice to have extra Ego's plus FreedomsmokeUSA has good juice. Also-- it will be great for you to have a pro-vaping work environment --very few of us were lucky enough to have that when we started.
Very unusual for Canvape to not have great customer service-- sorry about your experience -- definitely not the norm.

Since cigarettes are costing you this much you will definitely "break even" in a short time. Patience is definitely required when ordering items. Do not allow your juice or other supplies to get too low because the mail (among other things) can cause considerable delays. It is not unreasonable to sometimes wait for a month to receive items from the USA. Give yourself lots of time.

I would not be insulted to receive an eGo. They make a Great backup, and it is best to have plenty of backups! Of Everything!

Hey Kagey K, sorry your order took so long to ship out:( I was surprised by that. I've had always had great service from Canvape, that's why I highly recommend them. I know how frustrating it is to wait, especially when this is you first order.

I also agree that having the added gear from you employer is a bonus, back ups for everything, so if something fails, you're not completely screwed.

Thanks guys. I got a bit upset last week because I am so excited to get going on this and the wait is killing me.

Canada Post missed the ship date today and the last update was 2013/01/24 00:04 Missisaugua in transit. So now I'm hoping its here tomorrow but am keeping my expectations low now. Still shows the expected delivery date as today even though the mail came hours ago.

What's funny is the tracker still shows yesterday as delivery day. It's actually making me a bit nervous, if the parcel pickup isn't in the mail today I'll be using the Canada Post website to find out what's going on. On the upside Canvapes should be able to recover their shipping costs back for late delivery.

Now it's a race to se who gets here first ON, or AZ plus I finally got an order in with Juggy as well.

Edit: G/f just checked the mail and not here today either.

Did it come today?

Nope g/f just checked and still not here. I'm starting to think Canada Post lost it or some employee is vaping my eGo at work right now. Put in a trace request on Tues and have to wait 5 days to hear anything back, so on Tues most likely. The tracker has never updated since the in transit from Miss so it could be anywhere between there and Edmonton.

We have been in contact with Canvapes about it and are just waiting on Canada Post before we know what the next step is. Anyone else have a package just not show up? What is the process like?

On the CP tracer it just says xpresspost as the service, but I thought I read somewhere else that it was xpresspost parcel. My order from Jugheads will probably be here tomorrow and I'm going to have nothing to vape it with at this rate. :(
