Canadian new to vaping questions

Hey! Recently discovered this whole e-cigarette stuff and I'm very excited and ready to give it a go. (Tipping point: I'm in construction, and I got caught the other day puffing away while hiding in a closet on a jobsite...heh).
Anyway, I know they are probably not the greatest e-cig, but I grabbed an HDSmoke at a convenience store. Just to see what it was like. Seemed not bad. I think I can do it. But, although the clerk said there was nicotine in it, I don't think there is, after a few hours I got that ...... I NEED A SMOKE FEELING. Anybody know if these have nicotine in them? Also, looking for recommendations for purchasing a decent e-cig in Canada, Toronto area.

There most likely is Nicotine in the HDSmoke, but the delivery system is not optimal.
There is a Canadian Vapors group right here at ECF, I don't live in Canada, so I am not sure what the "Ins/Outs" are about purchasing from the U.S., but I'm sure that group can help you out. -> Quebec Vapers

Hello I am new to ecigs as well as here I too purchased an HDsmoke (disposable kind) at our variety store and was intrigue to know if they had any nicotine in them and the level in case I wanted to order more. I needed a point of start so I didn't order wrong. So I sent them an email and this is what was written back to me.

Hi ,

The product that is sold in Canada down not. ( I am assuming they meant to say "do not" instead of down not)

In the USA, it is allowed, but Health Canada has tied our distributors hands.

Basically local distributors in canada as I understand it carry their products with out nicotine so in short we have to custom order them with the nicotine on their website.
