Hey all,
So I managed to quit smoking for about half of last year using a cheap (nicotine-less) e-cig that I picked up from a convenience store, combined with the patch. The patch got rid of my nicotine craving, and by the time I finished with it, I was happy to just smoke my nicotine-less ecig. But, like an idiot, I've since started smoking regular cigs again.
I really want to try switching to vaping but I'm not really sure where to start. I don't know where/how to get e-cigs with nicotine in them in Ontario, but I really hate using the patch. I would love to be able to start with a moderate amount of nicotine, and slowly taper off at my own pace. Are there any Canadian sites that sell juice with nicotine, or American sites that reliably ship to Canada?
If getting e-cigs with nicotine in them isn't feasible in Ontario, then I'll go for the nicotine-less ones and maybe try combining it with the patch or something else again for a while. Either way, I definitely want something that works and tastes better than the crap one I got from the convenience store.
Any tips for starting out would be much appreciated!
