I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Here are my mutts, lounging in their favourite sanctum. Samantha left (8 yrs) and Jedidiah right (3 yrs).

I'll have to upload the cats in a bit... Cheers for the imgur tip!

Momma Toonses (centre) a former neighbour's cat that we rescued from a tree, and her kittehs (Orville and Finnegan) that arrived a few days later. Turned out Toonses was very pregnant. She had been up the tree for 10 days before we relented and hired a tree faller to get her down. How that evil woman could stand listening to her crying day and night and never do anything is simply beyond my comprehension. We got her down and kept all 3 from that point on.

Seems we have a lot pet owners here in the Canadian section and I've noticed that there are quite a few "ABC Vendor's Pet Thread" so I say we need our very own Canadian Pets thread (especially since a few of us keep derailing other threads with our pet stories and pictures (guilty ) )...

C'mon Canadian vapers, let's see your pets!

Here's my dog Elliot (just turned 2 in Dec):

Elliot is gorgeous! Reminds me of my childhood dog that was a poodle/sheepdog cross.

Thanks CG! We're not entirely sure "what" she is :) We adopted her from a shelter and the lady thought she was a Goldendoodle , but for sure there's some Poodle in there because she is non-shedding and hypo-allergenic.

You wouldn't happen to have a picture of your Poodle/Sheepdog? I'd be very curious to see what that mix looks like :)

Unfortunately I don't...that was over 30 years ago!

Are all those dogs/cats living under the same roof?!? :) That's my retirement dream, to have a boarding/grooming business!

My wife is in the process of opening a grooming/boarding kennel on our property ( I support her because...we're married! )
My thing is music & as is, when I've recorded songs for CD...there's dogs barking in the background ( I should have been part of Pink Floyd!)View attachment 74711
We also have 5 turtles & about 9 aquariums

First off, awesome names!! They remind me of smaller versions of my pooch - especially that last picture :) Just want to ruffle up that head

Gizmo & Jasper are my little guys. Gizmo is the slightly bigger one, is a bichon/....zu/lassa apso (sp?), and is 6 years old. The little one is Jasper, who must think he's a cat with his attitude..., is a bichon/....zu/yorkie (sp?), and is 5 years old.

Behold! The mighty lion!

His tail was broken in utero or something, so it's really short, and has a 90 degree kink in it. When he's excited, he wags the last half of his tail so it pivots at the kink. It's like a knuckle. lol... I'm also fairly convinced he's an idiot, but awesome nontheless. He's also cross eyed.

That is a fantastic mix! Two of the most gorgeous breeds rolled into one :) Does she "howl" like a Malamute?

She's surprisingly quiet. Sings/howls when excited like a mal, and goes off like an alarm when she hears or sees coyotes anywhere near the yard. Fully a mix of both breeds. We do dog agility...still working on the focus and attention span, but she loves the equipment and is ridiculously fast. Keeps her busy :)
