amen to you brother.
too bad i clearly stated i did not want ( options when you order ) the crappy atomizers they sent anyways. i also put a note that i would give them a chance to compete with Totally Wicked. you would think that right there would say HELLO you might have a chance at a new customer .. but instead i got ziplock baggies ( thats right no box or instructions of any kind ) and they didnt ship my 15 ml till a few days later. then when it arrived it had tape on it that was peeling off. ( why even bother dude ?? ) come on just admit it innovapor isnt FAKE its just half assed till they rip enough ppl off to get themselves going... its like i read in one of these threads on the ECF. we ( the customers ) are paying for their education.
if they discovered the PCC's were "bad" and had to send them back ( causing a 3 week wait which who can tell if will even be 3 weeks with their reliability so far displayed. ) WHY did they let a much more obvious problem ( the atomizers ) flow through to the customers ? ( even when they specifically requested to be sent the wide bands ) also i cant imagine how they processed the other 100+ orders that came after mine.
the bottom line is it costs a LOT to do this to begin with .. then there is the fact that e-cigarettes are really at a BETA stage at best.. then add in some flimsy companies with lame excuses who dont know or even seem to care ( if you cared you wouldnt have done it. ) what they are doing.... i was told i would recieve a call ( the next day ) letting me know IF the new carts they got in fit. i did not receive that call nor was the call i made returned. i would not recommend ANYONE do business with these ppl period.
Just a few facts that explain some of the problems. This is not about IV but about the worldwide phenomenon.
Demand worldwide for electronic cigarettes has exploded unlike any other product and there is not the infrastructure in place yet to supply that demand. China is overwhelmed and cannot cope, so they use whatever criteria they see fit to allocate supplies. This means that there are inevitable delays, especially for smaller or new suppliers trying to start up.
IV, like many other suppliers, have been a victim of the success of electronic cigarettes and even if companies could have predicted the unprecedented rise in demand they still would not have been able to get supplies. It will remain this way until production is increased to a level that can satisfy spiralling demand and that will be some time away as we have only seen the initial 'goldrush'. News of ecigs, along with demand, is spreading like an uncontrollable virus so keep stocked and be prepared to suffer delays. Every Christmas we see the mass hysteria of people who must have the latest fad toy for their child, ecigs are causing a chain reaction but unlike the PS/Nintendo etc the factories are not able to deal with it. IV's stock issues can be attributed all the way back to the factory and on to the world market, they simply cannot get enough, but they are not alone. We are working with Noah and trying hard to help ease the backlog but even 25,000 kits a month isn't enough to keep our partners supplied, so we have been back to the factory to help them expand their capacity as we will soon need 100,000 units a month and then more.
I am not defending IV's dealings with their customers, that is nothing to do with me, but they are having an intense time trying to keep their business moving and they are good people.
John.
