Can't taste my Flavorart Ceylon Cinnamon

Has anyone ever gotten a Flavorart flavor and had this problem? I started at 2%, and slowly increased it but still can't taste it at 10 to 15%.

Is Ceylon cinnamon generally weaker than other types of cinnamon?

I tried Ceylon because I thought it was considered healthier.
