Capellas Cinnamon Danish Swirl Hmm

This is a tough review . There is things i like and dont like about it . You can taste a nice cinnamon and then real danish on the exhale which is great however for some reason i get this undertone with it and certain parts of the inhale that i dont like . I dont even know how to explain it but maybe like a grassy/mint type taste . I have two bottles of this .One was new and the other was a half bottle i got from someone .The new one has that bad undertone but just barely noticeable .The other bottle its a big stronger of that kinda grassy taste and the flavoring carries a TH somehow . Im thinking someone may have used a syringe with menthol and didnt clean it fully so the review im going off the new bottle of course . The other bottle was brand new .

Now on some mixes i can deal with this weird unndertone and then on other mixes it really gets enhanced and ruins the juice . I really want to love this flavoring as the cinnamon and danish are spot on but that weird background taste doesnt allow me to love it . On a few juices it actually tasted good but then after steeping the bad taste grew stronger and i had to dump the juice . I have made some nice juices with it too so i cant hate it .

Has anyone else experienced this with CDS ?What percentage are you using? Maybe the amount of it im using is the problem . I cant seem to find the sweet spot on it either . I have also noticed this taste with one vendors CDS juice in the past.

SO my review is without the grassy undertone its wonderful and with the grassy undertone its not that great . This is the only capellas flavoring that i dont LOVE so far and the only one that has any type of off taste to it . .

Hmmm ... I do not know of this grassiness of which you speak.
Capella's CDS is one of my most used and loved flavors.

I believe I sent you some TPA Cinnamon Danish Swirl and some Capella Cinnamon Danish Swirl. My flavors are fresh and come out of the fridge for only a few minutes. I only make bakery vapes- no menthol or grass for that matter.

As a single flavor, I mixed it at 18% (all my Capella's are 15-20%)... but I don't vape it as a single flavor - I use it as a mixer in Monkey Bread/Bear Claw.

10mls of PG/VG/Nic +

30 drops Capella CDS
15 drops PA Waffle
10 drops Capella Caramel
5 drops LO Bavarian Creme
5 drops PA Brown Sugar
5 drops PA Butter
5 drops PA Cotton Candy
2 drops PA Hazelnut (or 2 drops Toasted Almond or 1 drop LO Almond)

Bear claw sounds amazing .Same amount of flavors as my bounty hunter . I though i was the only one that used that many flavors lol . The bottle of CDS i got from you is the same as the new one . Its another small bottle i got .Like i said though sometimes it works amazing for me and sometimes i get that off taste depending on what juice im making . i cant put my finger on what it is ,maybe not grassy even just something little thats not meshing withe the cinnamon and danish . I do like the capellas better than the TPA still though .

Just a little update on this one . I made another recipe with it and this one is fine . Its seems it just gets this off taste in cirtain mixes .There are lots of flavors it doesnt mesh with but then a few that are just great with it .

Overall i will not say its a bad flavor because its not ,just very finicky to how you use it . I will say that it is one flavor that you should have in your arsenal .

I can't for the life of me find the DIY thread about Bounty Hunter copies!
Ive been working on it for a couple of weeks, but I can't get the tobacco flavor right.
I originally said that I thought it had LO Bavarian Cream in it- but now Im not so sure.
What I am sure of is that it has PA Toasted Almond in it.

Did you use an old carto to test? I made the mistake once of washing a crapload of 808 carts together and ONE of them had had a TA mix in it. Well, after soaking in hot water using 3 different soaks, blowing them out, then doing a pga soak they now ALL have the faint TA
