So which do you guys prefer??? How long will 1 Dram last for a DIY liquid newbie. What size bottles does Capellas have??? They seem to offer only 1 size and 1 price.

So who is overall your favorite?

For me, most flavors are better from Capellas. They are stronger, less chemical, and you get much more. There are a few Loranns I like too, but my goto is Capellas. They run sales often too, and have some new flavors that look really good.

Right now my faves from Capellas are:
Pralines and Cream
Vanilla Custard
Double Chocolate
Toasted Almond
Caramel

What % do you find works best using Capellas?

I don't need much at all since the flavourings are super-concentrated - a drop or 2 per cart is plenty for me. That's why I've only gotten Lorann's since they have the dram-size bottles. Would like to try Capellas (they are 4oz./13ml. bottles) or some other brands but I have no need for such large bottles. However, if you want to make large batches, it might be practical for you. Generally, 10% flavouring per whatever amount of base liquid you're using is what most suggest.

Flavourart is another great flavoring. Much more concentrated it seems to me. A drop or two in a 15ml bottle is all I need. I have all three types. I have the larger bottles of Capellas, and it is too much as I likely cannot use it all before it is too old.

Yes, and Bickford's, Fairies Finest, Perfumer's Apprentice - lots of good flavouring manufacturers to choose from!

I noticed you saying you use the perique from Flavourart. I was thinking about getting all of their tobacco flavors. Have you tried any of the others and what did you think?
