Not when she has pipes on her and sounds like her beautiful 5.7L self...now if I could just find some better looking rims...
Rims and springs.....springs are mandatory.

I'll have to get some pics of my '10 Fusion. I just had it tinted and it hasn't stopped raining since. So I'll have to wash it first.
I've become rather interested in the Fusion lately.
What is the ride like? Road feel and nose dive in corners?
Wondering if it is worth the time to do a test drive.
(My daily driver has over 306k and I'll have to replace it before another 200k)
They are good cars straight off the shelf. Ride is average/good for a mid-sedan. Springs are somewhat soft from the factory and car has a definite under steer. Body roll is about average as well. I've worsened my ride really..springs, strut brace, x-brace so I've really stiffened it up for spirited driving. Quality is really excellent. I said in 1988 after 4 transmissions in a Taurus that I'd never own another Ford. I bought this one January 6, 2006 and it has been in the dealership 1 time for a PCM reflash & interior door handle (cosmetic) and that is all aside from oil changes and routine stuff. There is a bit of wind/road noise but I'm attributing that to the wheels and tires. My car has been modified since it's 2nd week so that may be something inherent with what has been done to the car. Drop by the forum and read up on them. There is the great, good, bad & ugly. It's all there.
I am already on FFC. I got mine with the "appearance package" that includes the sport tuned suspension. The ride is amazing on the '10's. My next toy for mine is a set of coil overs to reduce the wheel gap, and some 4500k HID's on the lows and fogs. But I gotta find the $$$ first.
You see where a set of KW1's sold on ebay the other day for under $500? Ckennan bought them before I could round up the xtra cash.

and you?

Thanks, I will.
Since I have had zero problems with my 2001 PT (Just cosmetic mods) except for wearing out the typical parts, I am really interested in getting a car that will be as dependable, but have a better ride and handling. My old beater pickup can beat the PT in turning radius. The only issue I see with the Fusion is that a stick does not seem to be an option. I really hate driving automatics except for old lead sleds that float anyway.
Heck, I still have the original clutch going strong in that PT. Bought it because it could haul a clothes dryer and looked different, but kept it because it just kept running great.
AAHHHHHHHHH did everyone from ecf just go over to FFC??? The site just shut down.
Stick is option on the I4 2.3 but not the V6....
Doh! OK, I'll stop looking at the V6's. Thanks.
So, I have a few mods planned for mine and I am thinking of calling it "Project Darkness". I am planning on starting with a full debadging, and then smoking the taillights, headlights, side markers, and a VHT tint job on the chrome. Stripping down the factory rims and going with a matte black anodized finish on them.
So, basically I want it to look like a Stealth Fusion
That will be sweet for sure. Have you thought about springs or are ya set on coilovers?
