Just realized where my build went wrong on new kayfun 3.1

When tightening terminal screws take care on the positive as it can rotate the block into the negative post that is fixed as part of the deck.

Appears to be an insulating wafer under the positive and if you tork it too much (me) it can spin/turn/twist.

Just a heads up.

Easily fixed with a pair of needle nose pliers to rotate it back. Hoping it wont loosen over time.

All in all a great vape and easy-peasey to work with.

Also a REALLY GOOD IDEA not to over tighten. I also noticed the movement and adjusted my technique. I bring the wire to almost crossing itself before snugging and it always catches under the head cleanly.

You strip the head off a screw and its done.

Just hold the floating plate and snug the screw.

We also have discovered (with the KFL+ anyway, I assume the 3.1 is the same) that alignment of the positive terminal screw head (as in the one in the middle of the base) seems to affect airflow. It's attached to an air duct which is only drilled from two opposite sides... the degree to which it has an effect may depend on the tolerances of your individual kayfun.

It should be aligned as in the picture, with the screw's trough pointing towards the logo and fill-hole (I realise there's no fill-hole there on a 3.1, but you get what I mean...)
