Cart Question....

I just received some 901 and 801 blank carts from Ruyan Direct (Heavens Gifts) with my first order from them. The carts, unlike others I have, have a small piece of white melted plastic on the bottom of the poly fill. I've never seen this on any other cart I have from other suppliers.

Is this normal? Thanks

I don't know if it's melted plastic, but I've gotten that...some carts seem to have the filler "anchored" in the cart and some have filler that comes out easily.

They both work the same for me though.
