I have a cold..I can't taste a THING no matter what I use...you can bet I'm mad Grrrrrr
Riva shouldn't be popping that much. Clearly over filled. LR is the way to go on Riva, you'll really enjoy it.
On the dual coils it pops like crazy( just the sound no juice coming out) <3 these things lol
Is that ok if it pops like that? Doesn't mean it's going to explode while you inhale or anything??
Ok here's another weird question. I realoded my carto, and overfilled a little. NBD, blew it out. The liquid that came out of it was a weird brown color....and all my juices are clear. Any thoughts? And they aren't tasting burnt or anything before I refill. I get the slightly off taste, and then stop.
I thinks thats because the different Ingredients in the juice vaporize at different heats and some caramelize on the coils. So what you are blowing out is ingredients that have heated up along with the caramelized Ingredients on the coils... Or something like that
What KIND of 510 cartos are they?
I discovered the new Joye 510 cartos fill differently than the regular 510 (boge, bauway, etc) cartos. They fill like the Ego Mega cartos (pry off the two plastic hard tops, puncture the inner tube with something sharp, then fill with syringe inside tube, recap) Is it long, solid black, and hard plastic? Or does it have a white (often) rubberized circular top?
I like the 510 joye cartos, they seem to vape more like the C2's (without the vg probs) BUT they are a pain to fill... no condom filling with these puppies!

They are boge cartos bug. How do you condom fill a 510? I've see them done on an 808 but do I do it Attu side down? Cause then it doesn't get filled because of the threading sticking out of the bottom. If that makes any sense.
okie doke! I fill the boge ones either or. I think it's less messy filling on the mouth side (flat top) because most of the liquid is absorbed inside, and no worries about juice near the batty... however, I have filled on the batty side too. Yes the metal fitting needs wiped down, and I also blow through it (after letting it absorb for a few minutes) just to make sure there isn't any loose liquid.

As long as you let it sit for a minute, any juice that it 'needs' will be wicked upwards into the stuffing (even doing it on the connector side)
I have found that filling the carto or two or three and letting them sit over night and then vaping them, makes them taste better and they fill all the way without shooting juice out. It makes it a more pleasant experience. Hope you find your perfect vape with the perfect carto and keep on vaping...............it's an awesome thing.
Even though I just started using cartos, I have to agree, much cleaner, less for me to screw up lol.
Ok, how do you guys needle fill then? I've tried that, and made a mess everywhere lol.
you put a condom on the bottom of the carto (the threaded end), suck up juice into needle (from the bottle), stick needle into the filler(or down the side of the filler), depress plunger, suck up excess juice. done.
Omg. So when I went to refill my carto this morning, I tried that, and it was PERFECT!! That's it, that's how I'm refilling from here on out!!
Every carto I've used tends to pop and sizzle when they're new. It goes away after a couple fills. I've had my tongue burnt a time or two from that. Even if it's not overfilled they tend to do it too. Zadane's method works great for filling them.
