Look. I dripped for TWO YEARS...mostly because:
A) Atomizers last longer
B) Dripping tastes best IMO
C) no wicking issues, filler issues or filler taste
D) Least waste of juice
E) Least hardware-issue way of vaping. No PITA issues, no chasing "the newest", "the greatest"... humbug!

I've only stopped dripping with either CE3's or a vivi nova (kind of a variation on the theme). And even then, I swear every time I have to rebuild a coil or a coil pops.

Just make sure to blow the atty out twice a day to clear accumulated gunkness...and drip away. No issues. Best flavor. No waste (assuming it doesn't leak and you don't over-drip).

:)

No. I am not sure what you mean. Can you explain?
Unless I tear down the tank to clean it, I do not take the caps off when i fill it at all. When I clean the tanks, I put the tank back together, but I still dont have the caps off when I fill it. Pretty sure hubby does it like I do as well.

When I need to empty the tank to change a bad/old carto, I use one of my tools (SYMama etc), to lower the carto. Then i pour the juice into the bottle. Once it is empty I finish removing the carto. Get the new one ready and waiting, then i use my tool to reinsert it. Before it is all the way inserted, I fill the tank with juice, then push the carto the rest of the way through. The caps are always on unless I am washing it.

Am I doing it wrong?

I fill my tanks the same way with a slap yo mama. After I fill the tank I push the carto up just until it stops the juice from pouring out when I turn it upside down, then I line up the bubble in the tank with a carto hole, than push the carto the rest of the way up. This give air a chance to be released so you don't get vapor lock which it sounds like is what is happening and why it isn't wicking and why you aren't seeing bubbles when you take a few drags.

It was at 2.2 ohms last night. 1.7 now. So to be clear... thats ok? Maybe when it drops we are not catching it quick enough and burning?

And i mean the atty in the carto, if i said it right, lol.

The new Kangers are here. I accidentally ordered the black ones, so I am going to go sit and pout for a while, lol (I already cussed myself a few times pretty good). The xl I managed to get the stainless ones.. *sigh* They wont be here till Friday. Hubby is bringing home Goof Off.

You know, last week, I felt so good about my "vaping" self. Confident even. Now i feel like a complete noob again :(

Hey, don't worry about it. It happens to us all. Hopefully we'll get you fixed up so you are in vape heaven again.

There is no atty in a carto. There is a "coil" in a carto. ;) Atomizers and cartomizers are two different animals. :)

AttyPops;
We got the atomizers to test juice that hubby makes. When i first started researching vaping I knew I would want to drip as I am all about big taste and big vapor. I prefer lots and lots of it. Throat hit is a third place runner up for me, though important. Yet, I thought dripping was something we would focus on later as it seems the "next level" up and we didnt figured we knew enough to do it right yet. Just like I figured i would leave the rebuildables to some other week, month, or year ;)

On the home front, I guess I will use these new black Kangers for the "it's great-for-a-few-minutes vape" juices, such as a really good sample I was sent of a version of cinnabun. Man is it sweet. It's really good for about as long as I am still drinking coffee in the morning. After that, blech. Way too sweet.

I didnt know to line up holes for releasing the air pressure, but I was careful to always always release the pressure from the top of the tank... i learned that by flooding one of my very first cartos, lol. Thank you for helping me learn the language correctly. I do know an atomizer from cartomizer as a vape "style," but I wasnt sure if cartos had "atomizers" in them. I did know they have a coil, but as atomizers do as well, I was confused on that one

Saw, Bluesnake, Baditude, and everyone; Thank you so much for all the help!
I knew I had to have at least one more box somewhere from the original sr boges we got, they lasted more than a day, lol. I found one box left and we syringed, then T-Spun, rinse/repeat, until not one more drop would go in. We are so happy right now :D

The flavor in our juices are back, vape is great! we have solid readings of 2.9 and are in vape heaven at 4.6v. We even have bubbles. YAY!

I personally think it was both a bad batch of cartos, and user error. I think some of those cartos were bad, but I also think we got lazy and were not priming the cartos right once we got flustered. I know I will never trust myself again to not spin and use a syringe, lol. At least this way, I know 100% that the carto is as full as I can make it.

I do have to run, we are having our first thunder storm in over a year (entering our 5th or 6th year of drought). Its time for the back porch and a great vape :)

I only read the first page so if this was already said sorry...

I usually take a few very deep dry puffs (not pressing the button) to prime the carto. I read that on here somewhere. I also adjust my voltage from time to time up or down depending on how the hit is feeling. I'm vaping a 70/30 pg/vg desserty type liquid now and find I'll start off in the morning at about 4.4ish...and wind up about 4.8 by end of day. I'll wake up the next morning, dry hit a few times to prime if from sitting all night, then adjust the voltage back down to 4.4 and see if thats working well. If not I bump it up till it is.

Thank you DJ Tank.

Just as update, the *old* cartos I found are still working great. Havent had a single problem. Still clocking in at 3. Ohms and taking everything i can give it, on both the tanks i set up (different flavors) and hubby's is still at 2.9 ohms and rocking it. Must have been bad cartos for sure.

Thank you again for all of your help everyone :)

I just ordered that plunger thingie, and we have syringes on the way as well as they will get here quicker than we can get to town and get one, lol. I will do the Taryn Spin method until other things start arriving. Looks like the first batch of Kangers will be here today, but not the xl for the IBTanks yet.

Have you used The Plunger yet? How'd it work?
