Cartomizer vs. Atomizer on the Grande

That's pretty close to what I'm looking for. I'm thinking more like this though. More light, 3x magnification, and 40 inches of extension. I have a tower desk that I do this stuff on, and surface space is at a premium. This one can be clamped to one of the tower's shelves up top.

my only problem with that is its at target. i've been boycotting target for 20 years ever since the kicked toys for tots off of the property

they do come with a wick/coil installed but check the ohms with a multimeter. it should be around 2.5 or 3 ohm good for high voltage and you can recoil it to suit your voltage

You wont need 6 volts. 3.7 with the right coil will rip your lungs out and ask you if you need more

I've found the easiest method (for me) to build a new coil is to take appoximately one inch of wick, fold it in half, grasp the tip of the loop along with straightened paperclip, and wrap my wire around the wick/paperclip. I usually shoot for 5 or 6 wraps in my coil, as I'm pretty much using Kicked or VV Reos. The two coils I built today were 2.0ish ohms.

Oh yeah, I remove the paperclip before I install the wick+coil into my RBA. I also torch my wick and wire before assembly. Just in case they have chemicals on them.
