You can get the basic kit here or the "ultimate" kit here. Minimum shipping appears to be $5.95.
Looks like they've expanded the kit(s) a bit since the first one came out - they now include a bottle with a Luer Lock cap, though their instructions do not mention it and it does not appear to be modified for Bottlefillinator-type functionality. They also mention an eGo-C compatibility issue (probably the same as the Echo-E issue) and state "Patent Pending" now.
Update: Just watched the video, and they do use the bottle for filling. It would have to be fairly full to do so but it does appear to work. After the level drops a bit it would have to be filled again or would have to be tipped down from the vertical somewhat.

I have made myself a cartomizercleaninator!
Thinking of possibly adding a liquid-stopinator.
The stopinator is a slightly modified "silicone thingy" that you get with new cartos. -The pointy thing that most people throw away. Cut off some of the circle/base and the thinnes part of the tip. Then drop it into the top of the cartomizer.
If you do not pull the plunger too fast when drawing in liquid, I figure that most of the liquid will come trough the center air-hole. When you push the liquid back trough the cartomizer, the stopinator should give a pretty decent seal for the air-hole, and ensure that more of the liquid goes trough the wadding.
I think this small add-on could spread to the entire tri-state area!
