Cartomizers are producing so much more vapor than Atomizer

While I am waiting on my Provari, I am currently using some Titan Manual 808's from V4L. I have been using Boge cartomizers for some time now and just recently decided to try a Joye 510 tank atomizer. Both the atomizer and cartomizers are rated at 2.0 ohm. I am getting so much more vapor and flavor production from the cartomizers it's not even funny. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around? Will I get more vapor production out of my atomizer once I am using my Provari? Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced the same?

I may be way off base since I've never used a 510T. But I think the vapor production you're referring to is a comparison between a drip atomizer and a cartomizer.
