I am new to vaping and bought a vivi nova tank with my first battery, a spinner. I wasnt happy with hit consistency, so I bought a smoktech cartotank. Using both the three hole, unkown ohm carto that came with the tank as well as a 1 hole 1.5 ohm replacement carto, the hits are not as thick as I'd like. I fear I may have flooded both cartos, which may be causing the issues, but I blew them out etc. and they arent leaking so I dont think that is too much of an issue. Also, when I pull, there is significantly more whooshing air flow sound than with the nova. Is this normal? Any tips on improving performance? Thanks

You may want to try turning up the voltage on the twist. If you ordered standard cartos they're probably 2.5-3.0ohm. I like to run 3.0ohm on VV devices at 4.9v. And yes, I've found most cartos to have a more "airy" draw than Novas or any of the CE clearos
I like the 2 hole single coil cartos 3.o ohm with the twist........ just like cloud, I turn up the volts on them and they hit consistently
The novas are pretty much silent from my experience. What do you mean by "whooshing air flow sound"? Don't remember that from my tanks. Also might help to know the pg/vg ratio of the juice you're using. If your juice is thinner I'd use to one hole carto, thicker use the three. Also search this forum, google, and youtube. These will become your best friends haha.
