I wouldn't settle for anything less than the Hearst Mansion, or Castle I guess they call it, if I was to move from the Fusionman cave I live in now. The tile in the indoor pool is set with Gold. Wouldn't you love living like this?

Yep, for pencils. Just be warned that it took a lot of patience to work them onto my Infinity! They are pretty stretchy but really made to fit a pencil that is much smaller in diameter :)

Well that's even better cuz I thought I'd use them to "color" up some cartos.....watching for air holes of course.

My Infinity looks like hell with it's clear coat worn off, and I discovered that I have a reaction to the copper (itchy rash on my hand from holding it) but I found some fat pencil grips to wrap around it. With all that said, I have not had a single issue with my Infinity working wise...not one! I had a bit of a tight draw when it was new but that has resolved...or my carto butts got skinnier LOL. I've never doubted that the problems that others have had are real, but I'm grateful that I have one that has worked right from day one.
I don't even have one of these, but couldn't you polish that nice and bright with a 00 steel wool or similar and then spray it with a clear polyurethene to bring it back to like new condition?

I could if I weren't so lazy

One would have to take very good care to tape off the thumb wheel, button and battery vent holes tho.

The only problem I've had with the ∞ is with a couple of the first batch of V2s earlier this year. And not once with the Fusions which is the only thing I've been using for a couple of months.
I finally found out why you are able to use the Fusions on the Infinity without any problems and I wasn't. The first ones the Ohms were at around 2.5 or even lower, now they are around 2.8 to 3.0 Ohms so they wouldn't be any problem. That's great news.

You could also cover it with paking tape and it would last forever. But I told you that already.

So I'm a long...very long...time V4L carto user. Still got about 50 V4L Premium 808s to use up before I consider moving on, but I'm want to try around a bit to see if I do in fact want to move on.

I got started on some Boge 510's recently that I liked, I liked them better than the Dual coils I gave a try - I really didn't find the dual coils any better than the Boge 510's so I don't see the point of abusing my batts...

Reading through this thread it seems that the most highly recommended cartos are:
IKV 808 Megas for longevity
IKV 801 Fusions for flavor
and Boge cartos in general

So, assuming general agreement on the IKV 808s for longevity and the IKV 801s for flavor, what's the consensus on the Boge cartos? I checked out CoV and saw Boges in 306, 510, 808 and 801. What the heck would be the difference between a 306 and 510 if they're both cartomizers with the same connection? Any notable difference in performance/longevity/flavor with the Boge 808 and 801, as appears to be the case with the IKVs?

Grats in advance.

The different numbers on the Boges are just the different PV connection they are threaded for, basically you aren't going to tell a difference in performance. I still love my Boges.

Iken's 808 megas and his Fusions are both built on a Boge base with a customized filler :) If it has a silver ...., it's made by Boge, if it's gold it's made by SLB. The SLBs usually run hotter.

This is just my opinion. Cartomizers are sorta gross, they remind me of the blue foam thing, but instead it's like cotton that is in a coil. Clearomizers are great, but i'm afraid they'll break if I throw them on the Infinity in my pocket. So, I had my husband make me some tanks. The ones I have now are 2.4-2.6 ohm. I think i'd be better off with a straight 3.0 ohm on the Infinity though. (anyone can chime in on the ohm choice please?)

Here's a few pics of the tank on my gorgeous Infinity :)

And here is the first ever Fusion Tank :) Hits like a freight train. Need some better seals and it will be awesome!

Chopped a notch in a 2.6 ohm fusion carto and tanked it up. So far not leaking and perfect hit ever time. Only hold about 1.5 ml as it is though. With better seals would be a solid 2 ml plus whatever the carto holds.

Nice work there Ruppy...Can't for the life of me see how it doesn't leak...You said it didn't so that's good enough for me...Vape on...Vape on!!!!!!

Hype.....It's been thrown around lately...Here is a prime example...306 atties are hyped too provide the absolute best flavor...I ordered five too use on my Infinity...Yeah the one I no longer own...The 306s have the absolute worst threads I've ever seen...The drip tips too fit the 306s were hyped well too....These are HV306s too BTW...They won't screw on, the tips leak madly and the flavor is like licking a monkey's ......I've tried three of the five...The first two worked somewhat and died on the table...The third never did screw in far enough to make contact...four and five are trash can bound...unused....My products lately from this company...Well I'm a little disappointed...I've not spoken with him as of yet...This I can tell you...The Joye 510 kicks the 306 right too the curb...errr trash can....Where they belong...beside the clear-o-mizers....
