Hey Bov after spending hours reading the 56 page Liquinator review thread, it seems that they do not offer very good email support, but ohone support is very good, of course they are not opened on Sunday so guess I will call Monday.
Every carto about 7 so far have leaked out of the battery end the tank has not leaked but I have tried every suggestion with no luck. I have lost about 30ml of liquid.
I have 2 of those tanks and have given up. All the pre cuts and the ones I have cut myself have leaked until they are empty.

Calling all those who have more Tank-O-Matic Liquinator knowledge then me (which everyone reading this probably does)
OK... so I purchased two new liquinator tanks. One for my mom (purchased on the 7/14) and one for me (purchased 7/21) to keep a 2nd flavor I like in it.
The ones we got for me and the hubby a month ago are nice and tight. Yes they slip up or down, but there is enough resistance that the tank does not slip off the cartomizer without knowing you are doing it. If I reach over to grab my buzz and grab it by the tank it is snug enough to stay on!
The new new ones purchased have no resistance at all, if you put the cartomizer in the tank and then put it on the buzz pro if you hold the tank it slips right over the drip tip and off the buzz pro. It slips all the way down just as easily. My moms buzz pro arrived today and I went over to show her how to use it. I filled the liquinator and while screwing it onto her buzz it was so loose the tank slipped right off in my hand and I was taking a 30ml juice bath!
I came home and played with my new tank and it is the same?
Do these two new tanks need to be returned? I'd like to find a solution that does not include returning them, while I like the tanks (at least the two I have that work correctly), there customer service leaves a bunch to be desired, they still have not replied to a support question I sent a month ago.
Is there something we can use as a spacer on the bottom so the tank does not slide all the way down flush with the buzz? It is not too much of a problem for me as I am awaiting an 801 top cap and will use the fusions, so once my top cap gets here the tank won't slip down with the fusions. But I do need to figure out what to do to prevent sliding down with my moms? And for both of them need to prevent it sliding over the drip tip and off!
That's great Moo!!! See? just letting me rant here for you created some good vibes for you LOL
Note to self (and others): Don't try to slot your carto where the side seam is! I got a Fusion slotted but between the poor lighting in the basement and my poor old eyes, I didn't notice the seam. It broke a cutting disk, but I got it done. I haven't tried it yet since my droppers are in the room Kevin is asleep in. I'll let you know later how it works out. I used an old Fusion for my first try.[/QUOTE]

We have Fusionator lift off! So far so good, no leaks. I used a pipette to fill the tank since you have to fill these from the top and that worked great. I did still get the Fusion flooded, but I just wiped the battery end off and gently blew the center hole clear
I only filled my tank half full since I had a lack of confidence in my handiwork LOL
