I wish I had the know how to build a tube mod...I'd house it in something that comes from the "naughty" store just for the giggles

Here's a tube mod I made. It is 5volt. Made out of a trimmer. The cap covers the carto. I put all the electronics in a pod that just drops in. Mechanical switch.

Wow 5c, Your mods look great! That passthrough is very cool. :2cool:

I would never attempt to build my own PV, I know my limitations!

Maybe I used the wrong wording when I said "mods" I was referring to all the different tanks 5card has been working on!

So I was just curious if this about the challenge and the joy that comes from tinkering to some people, or if you find there is a real savings compared to the time taken to build them? If the savings is worth I'll get my husband to tinker too!

oops, sorry.

There is a real money savings, but that usually gets burned up by buying extra stuff to play with. :) There is certainly some satisfaction and fun in doing it yourself, but I can have a lot more stuff to play with for less money and build it the way I want(with some limitations)

That would be ............ interesting!??!

You could go with 2 x 32600 cells, it would last for a week between charges, unless you left the "vibration" function operating! lol ;)

That would probably need a 12 voplt deep cell battery for it. LOL:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

By any other name would slot as sweet.

You're good to go now, girl. Let us know how it works out!

So far I've been double slotting the Fusions, Bov. The only thing I've tried a single slot with to date is a DC. It worked only slightly better than the DCs having two slots, still having a very slow, slight leak through the airway.

The Fusions are my favorite in the tank, hands down, not being a Boge girl and never having tried them in a tank. :)

So in your opinion what is the difference between the fusions and the boge in the tank? The only cartomizer I have tried that I like are the boges that came with the liquinator. That being said I have only tried one other cartomizer it was the clear Smoketech dual coil 510 mega cartomizers 1.5 ohm. If the fusions are better then the boges it might be worth trying!

If I went this way, I assume asside from slotting the fusion myself, I would need to get a 510 to 801 adaptor for my buzz pro. Is it better to get an adaptor or an 801 top cap? How hard is it to replace the caps? I don't see an adaptor on notcigs, so if replacing the caps is easy I would probably just go that way!
