I have the no7 micro, and the cartridge is suppose to be equivalent to 15 cigarettes, but I went through the first one in a day, and I'm on the second one and after a night with it, it tastes burnt and it's really hard to get good vapor from it. I only use to smoke maybe 3 - 4 real cigs a day, so there is no way I should be going through a whole cartridge in a day. Am I doing something wrong?

Manufacturers claims are usually wrong when it comes to cartridge life. You'll probably find out that using your own liquid is the way to go. No idea what the no7 micro is, but I'm guessing it's a mini, with a small cartridge, so you can probably expect the cartridge to not last very long at all, and take the manufacturers claims with a grain of salt. I am not sure how they come up with their numbers, perhaps they put out their cigs after a couple of drags? lol
The only thing you are doing wrong is believing that a cartridge is equal to 15 cigarettes.

No, Sellers over inflate the cigarette equivalent. Your usage sounds about right. You have to have the liquid and refill.

I have NO idea how they come up with this crap - I really really don't. We don't know how much nic we get from 'real cigs' as it is (I know the big Tob companies say its xx amount but why believe them either? they lied about a lot of things in the past) - how can they work out the ejuice equivalent?
If it was true then I must be smoking the equivalent of about 200 cigs per day now.
I couldnt smoke 200 real cigs a day even if I pushed myself (when I was a smoker) so no way jose that 15 cigs per cart claim isn't pure fantasy.
Use your OWN common sense - if you feel ill or have aheadache you're overdoing it.
Put it DOWN now n again (lol) if you think you're vaping too often, and only vape when you fell you NEED to.
Otherwise you're not doing anything wrong. Enjoy!

Yeah, at $80 for that kit, I can see why you're a bit gun shy.
Nearly anyone in the approved suppliers list sell juice for less than the $0.7+ /ml than that site does and with more than 2 flavors to choose from.
Or give the classified thread a whirl and pick up something there.
