OMG, I am ecstatic! AND, that $18,000 figure was just through February 16th! Kudos to you Rick!

Please note however that CASSA is continuing to take donations for more projects. This is what they say on their site:


Please remember that the Research Fund is an ongoing project and after we meet this goal we will continue to accept donations for the next project. That is why the fund meter below doesn't show a final goal amount, but rather it is being increased in increments of $2,500 as donations come in. We will let you know about the next research project as soon as we have it finalized!

Yeah, unfortunately the kind of research we really need would cost millions, but after sitting in on the CASAA meeting I'm convinced they're out for the biggest bang for our little bucks.

One study won't be enough in the eyes of the FDA and general public. I hope CASAA gets enough money to do several studies.
