I got coconut, menthol, chocolate, and cigar all in super high myself.

Coconut is my favorite. It tastes like you are inhaling a coconut. I'm very happy that it doesn't taste too sweet like artificial coconut. I will eventually try it mixed with cigar and see how that tastes.

Menthol tastes almost exactly like Altoids' Creme de Menthe mints:

I really like the menthol, but I find that after I use it once or twice I get tired of it and need to switch to something else.

The chocolate tastes mostly like a chocolate milkshake, very creamy with a sweet chocolate flavor. When I tried this I was looking for more of a bitter/dark cocoa flavor so this flavor disappointed me.

The cigar is very nice. It's not quite as strong in flavor or bite as the Pure cigar, but I like the flavor much better. It's also very nice to just puff on. I find that I'm more satisfied after using the cigar or the coconut than the two other flavors. The cigar is quite smoke-like and doesn't taste sweet at all. I think it would be a great base to add flavors to if you do want that tobacco flavor. To me it tastes like... a very light cigarette or something of that nature. You still of course lose out on all of the asbestos and other chemical tastes, so people that like that might be disappointed. ;)

Also, I was quite fond of the Pure cigar before I got the CaSH cigar... and even after the CaSH cigar I thought I still liked the Pure cigar better... until I tried the Pure cigar again. Unless you're looking for the feeling of getting pepper spray in your throat, CaSH cigar is definitely the better option in my opinion.

Looking forward to trying coffee, green tea, french pipe, and Riskee... gonna try to burn through some of the stuff I have before I place another order... we'll see...

I guess the best way to explain the "peppery" is if you have ever tried nicotine gum... It makes your mouth burn like you just ate black pepper. I'm not sure if its just the nicotine that is causing that feeling or if Kick juice has some actual pepper in it to give it that kick. I've read that some manufacturers do put capesin or something in the juice to make it hit harder.

So maybe all this stuff I'm reading about throat hit is what I would describe as a little peppery, who knows, lol. In that case, I'm looking for something with a softer throat hit than Kick juice. I will be buying low and 0 nic, in fact, I'm about to place an order right now!

Nicotine itself causes the "peppery" sensation. It can make the mouth feel scratchy, dried, or otherwise irritated.
This was from the MSDS for nicotine
"Taste: Acrid. Burning.
It can cause gastrointestinal tract irritation/disturbances with nausea,
vomiting, ........, stomach pain, burning sensation of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach"
<dubya dubya dubya dot>sciencelab<dot>com/xMSDS-L_Nicotine-9926222
(can't post links =/)

Your zero nic carts should fix the problem unless they add something to them to cause a similar effect.

Also Mommyshann, I ordered pina colada and green apple flavor based on your recommendations hope they are as good as you say =)

and finally, I haven't got to use any smileys yet so....

I just bought some vanilla carts, some mango pure, and some green apple cash juice.

Woohoo here's to hoping! I calculated:

20 drops / mL
x 45 mL in my order
-------------
900 drops

2-3 drops dripping is the length of a cigarette, yes?

That's 300 cigarettes, assuming 3 drops for one cigarette.

300 cigarettes / 20 cigarettes per pack = 15 packs.

15 packs x $5 a pack = $75.

I payed $41 including 5 vanilla cartridges and a syringe for refilling.

Here in NYC, a pack of smokes averages about $8.50. So savings for
me is even greater!!!

Lurker --

Your post intrigued me, so I popped open a bottle of Cigar and Coffee.

I first tried both flavors mixed with another menthol cartridge. Cigar definitely had a tobacco taste, but really couldn't tell due to the menthol flavoring. Same with coffee.

So I took it a step further, used a brand new atomizer for each flavor, and the flavors were quite distinct but also mellow.

So, I'm guessing, when you tried them, you probably tried them right after another stronger flavor that either canceled the flavor out completely or made it a very odd flavor. The CaSH cigar juice is not as intense as the Pure Cigar juice. However, both the Cash MRL and Pure MRL almost taste the exact same to me.

But, I also have the luxury of trying on different atomizers, which many people don't.

just my 2 cents :)

Cash,

I tried the Cash MRL again and was going to edit that post but I guess I can only edit the post once? I agree with you that the two MRL taste the same. I have never tried the Pure cigar so can't compare. It is hard to judge unless your using separate atomizers and fresh carts. I'll keep trying the flavors. Also sometimes certain flavors grow on you. At first no good, then wow. I am a very happy PureSmoker customer. Thanks.

I find that 2 drops is actually slightly more than a normal length cig, possibly equivalent to a 100 cig. This is also considering that the cig is not burning between puffs. So your calculations are in fact a tad generous. If 20 drops = 1 ml then 15ml = 300 drips or 150 cigs worth. That's roughly equal to 7 and half packs which where I live run about $4 per pack... so roughly $30.

So... $9.99 for 15ml or $30 for 7.5 packs... or to be generous $30 for a carton (10 packs)

It's a savings of just under $20 per carton.

Let's factor in maintenance for fun... $40 for 2 batteries and one atomizer... so lets say roughly $10 per 15ml being generous.

So that raises the price to $20 per 15ml or carton instead of $30. That's still a savings of $10 per carton even after maintenance and adequate generousity.

That's a very good point! I smoked American Spirit for a while because they claim that other manufacturers use accelerants on purpose to burn the cigarette down quicker so you buy more.

Whether or not this is true? well, you know. But I definitely think an American Spirit, for costing a little more, burnt a lot slower and in fact satisfied my addiction longer.

In my euphoria over the pina colada the other day I think I may have slighted some of the other flavors I received. After talking with Ed for a bit this morning I cleaned out my atomizer, primed with some coconut and filled a new cart with it. The more I vaped the stronger the flavor. I like this because it seems for me that the more I vape of most flavors the less I can taste them. I must agree with him that it wasn't the sweet artificial coconut flavor I expected. It's truly a "real" coconut flavor and accompanies my neverending cup of coffee wonderfully. The more I puff on it, the more I like it. It has definitely moved up my list of favorites to the number 3 spot just below Jane's Coffee and Cash's Pina Colada...both of which I love and my fave of the two changes depending on the time of day and my mood. I will try out some of the coconut later today with the pina colada to see how that goes. I can only imagine it'll make the pina colada even better. Also, there seems to be a better throat kick with the coconut, however it's still smooth and not harsh. I don't get any of the peppery taste/feel that some have complained about. Very very yummy!

Cash - you're really gonna have to get some of these in no nic liquid otherwise I'm gonna od on nicotine as I can't put the damn thing down!

Wow, I placed order yesterday and its at my door next day. Now that's service!

1st test, Pina Colada (Fierce 36mg)
You either Like Pineapple or you don't here...... Pina Colada has a fast Sweet pineapple hit, Pineapple tones are very noticeable, Coconut not at all, has a very light throat hit. A nice flavor that should be in every pineapple lovers arsenal.

Suggestions: I don't know if its just me, but adding more coconut flavor will definitely make this juice live up to its name. Without the coconut, Its more a Pineapple Daiquiri or Pinaple Fizz taste to me.

Metrics
0.5 Throat Hit
1.0 Flavorful
0.5 Tastes Like the name.

2/3 Stars

EDIT:
In retrospect I'm removing "Worth Purchase" as it is bias and has nothing to do with the flavors.

A note on switching flavors after Pina Colada:
My next adventure into the CaSH primium line was set back as I cant get the pineapple taste to burn itself out of my atomizer yet. I'm discovering Pina Colada is very strong and lingers through your next cartridge. If you have the means, RINSE your atomizer as directed in other threads.
It doesn't change my review in any way, just a recommendation that you Dedicate a cartridge/atomizer for this or switch to a sympathetic flavor that compliments the Pineapple taste on its way out.

I'll second this Som. It is practically impossible to get the pina colada flavor out, even after washing. I have a single atomizer dedicated to my pina colada for this reason. It's ok if you follow it with a peach or coconut but anything else and you won't taste anything but pineapple still for hours. Sorry I didn't post this before. I really only found it out yesterday afternoon when I attempted another flavor in that atomizer.

Its tough to get a recipe just right, and even tougher to get one that plays nice with our taste buds. Its a great taste, don't get me wrong, but the testament that Pineapple is still noticeable after a washing speaks volumes. You don't need SO MUCH to achieve said taste. I washed my atomizer with some Bacardi 151, washed my taste buds :thumb:, and switched to Cherry. I notice the cherry now and still a nice pineapple taste. This is going to take me a while to get to my other flavor reviews! I'll probably have a Cherry review up tomorrow but no guaranties at this rate.

Next Pina Colada Batch suggestions:
1. Cut pineapple flavoring to 1/20 what it is now. (Trust me, you'll still taste it 8-o)
&
2. Add coconut flavoring because its completely invisible in this batch if its there at all.

Definitely ... Thinking of increasing both Coconut and RUM !!!! Although, coconut itself isn't very strong, so trying to combine it with 2 crazy flavors like Pineapple and Rum won't be easy ...

We'll just have to wait and see ... :thumb:
