Brass really isn't that big of a deal. The brass if left undisturbed will patina and seal itself rather quickly. The brass isn't my primary issue with the rm2. The few that I have taken apart felt very chincy, and fiddly. Compared to a cyclone or even better the Reactor it is a night and day difference. The Cyclone and Reactor fell like well made tools where the rm2 feels like a child's toy. I know there are a lot of people that love the rm2 but those people don't have to fix and alter other people's catastrophes.. Spend a weekend like I do and you would understand.
******** The Hobo is a go******** I have ten (10) authentic Hobo V2s on the way they should be here by Friday but I'm going to take it slow on these so they will be ready next Friday (9/16) at the earliest. I have new drilling equipment on the way as well to improve the quality of my product, trying to alieviate off center holes and broken bits, hopefully I can experiment with the new set-up over this weekend and be well prepared for next weekend.

I'm a little confused on why the Hobo is going to be a great bottom feeder atty? The two sides of the deck are separated by a wall so juice needs to go to each side evenly or you'll end up with one side drying out quicker than the other, and it's got the same problem as the Origen in that the only place for the juice hole to be is up at the top so juice flows down into the juice well, but there is no return for extra juice. It's a one way affair. I don't mean to sound like I'm being negative, I'm just trying to follow the logic of why people are excited about this RDA? I mean it looks nice and I love the different material top cap and drip tip options and it's got both top and side air holes, but for an authentic $100 RDA to choose to convert to bottom feeding? I don't get it. It does look like you hold an awful lot of juice in there with the screw on juice well ring, so I guess if you wanted to really carry a lot of juice with you, you could fill up your mod's juice bottle and then fill up the Hobo's juice wells and you'd get at least another ml in there, so depending upon how much juice you vape while on the road that extra could mean not running out when you need it, but you'd still have to carry an extra battery.

I do wish the juice wells were connected. That's the one thing I would knock it for if anything.
All said and done, this has a pretty small chamber and puts out some impressive flavor if you set it up that way. Or you can open the airflow all the way and blow huge clouds. You can do about whatever you want with it. You can also choose to have airflow from the side or the top or both. On my first build, which was far from optimal, and a mix of airflow from the top and bottom partially open, the flavor from this beats out the Magma and the Odin IMO. Plus it looks killer on about anything since you can change out the top hats.
Edit: Forgot to mention, the deck and negative posts are all milled from one piece too. Also, the big wall formed by that helps to reduce the chamber size even further. The chamber on this is so small, Hoberto said he had to use grub screws in the posts, because a screw with a philips head on it wouldn't have enough clearance.
