2,8 ohm and 3,2 V...I belive...

Yeah, if you're using a fixed voltage battery @ 3.7 volts with a 3.2 ohm coil you won't be getting a great vape. The easy fix is either a variable voltage device or lower ohm delivery device. Vison Spiiner or eGo Twist are good examples of entry level variable voltage batteries.

Also, because of the lower boltage battery and higher resistance coil (ohms) many juices will not vaporize correctly because not enough power is produced. This can cause the clearo to "die" on you. You can clean them with hot water and let them dry out to see if their some more life in them. Generally, unless there's a burnt tatse cleaning and drying will lengthen the life of your clearo.

I use bottom coils personally, Kanger T3S, Evod and Protank nearly exclusively. Like the cooler vape and when they stored battery down my wicks are always in the juice so no dry hits.

Hope this helps

That's a pretty mis-matched combo, IMHO. Voltage too low, or ohms (2.8) too high. Normal ohms for that is 2.3 ish.

Is the 3.2 volt a super-mini? They have a rough time providing power. So what happens is that people "over vape" the coil...constantly puffing on it and constantly heating it and as it builds up an insulation layer of gunk it just gets overheated inside and basically melts.

Sometimes.

Depends. You'd have to check your vaping habits. Also some juices gunk up more than others and contribute to this. The gunk stops the wicking...so over-vaping the coil just makes it glow and pop.

Total guesses but I know the phenomenon exists. I'd be surprised that you mange to pull it off with a super-mini though. So I'm just throwing this out there for fun.

Just thought I'd throw in my 2cents on this thread. My experience with the CE4s have been terrible. Sure they taste good for a short time. But 90% of the time they just started leaking on me and bad performance. I have converted a few of my friends that went the cheap route and went CE4 style. They too are now developing problems with ALL of their clearomizers. Some received from our local vendor had o-rings missing. Which is obviously a no-no. And ALL started leaking without fail. Terrible product collectively. I'd rather spend $8 on an N-Joy in a pinch then go for the $3.25 CE4. :) just my experience. Hope this helps.

My 2 cents. I am a CE4 user. It has always been hit or miss for me too but i grew used to them. I like them because they are light in weight over some of the heavier toppers. I got 8 new ones and 2 were short lived and one was dead on arrival. some went on for over 3 weeks.

I learned, like before said that, they do not work well when the voltage to ohm ratio is off.
