I've heard good things about Chai Tea and was considering buying some Chai Tea flavoring by The Flavor Apprentice. But, the ingredients are: Natural & Artificial Flavors, Propylene Glycol, Alcohol, Cardamom Oil and other Natural Essential Oils.

I've heard that oils shouldn't be used by beginners and maybe shouldn't be used at all. Should this be ok to use, or should I avoid it until I have more experience?

It seems like it is used a lot in aromatherapy, so that's a plus healthwise. It's components are Sabinene, Limonene, Terpenene, Eugenol, Cineol, Nerol, Geraniol, Linalool, Nerodilol, Heptenone, Borneol, Alpha Terpineol, Beta Terpineol, Terpinyl Acetate, Alpha Pinene, Myrcene, Cymene, Neryl Acetate, Methyl Heptenone, Linalyl Acetate and Heptacosane.

If it was one ingredient I would look up the health info myself but I'm too lazy to do that :)

Here's the link: Cardamom Oil
