what up, forum?! in a particularly great mood tonight. just got off a busy day of work and am now throwing back some brews and vaping!
anyhow, just thought i'd mention a few changes i've noticed since i've quit smoking. i never smoked all that much (7 a day, average) but seriously - analogs, even in small amounts x extended period of time = toll on the body. i had almost 12 years under my belt.
i can:
now brush my teeth with a hard bristled brush and floss without ANY pain or bleeding.
climb stairs and have breath to spare.
spend 10 minutes less at the gym because i have more hemoglobin available to carry O2 around instead of it being bound by nasty carbon monoxide (CO). (translation: less fatigued between sets).
kiss m'lady without embarassment!
keep vaping!
