Charger bad already??!?!?!

Okay maybe you guys can help me. Placed an order 2/26/11. Received a charger like this:

IMG_3738.JPG It worked great when I bought it and still works great.
My second order with Bloog I ordered another charger (this was on 3/6/11) and got something different.... It looks like this:

This second one has a slightly different voltage out put rating...
Anyway today it stopped working. It always shows a blue light (indicating battery is fully charged) and will not charge any of my three batteries. As far as I can tell it has worked well up until now.

Are these both for the MaxxFusion?
What is the warranty on these?
Hopefully better than 30 days :)

Ya, they were canablalizing older fusion kits to get orders out. I got one of the old fusion hard cases instead of the new max fussion one. (old only has 2 carto slots, and new has 4).

On one hand, at least they were trying to make people happy. But on the other, I think they should have asked. In my case, I knew about it ahead of time, as I was fixing my order on the phone with Chris. but in your case, they should have emailed you or something.

I would call/email and complain.. ask for the new one. Maybe through a box of cartos in to make you happy. ;)

Well, um, I hope he wasn't charged the same as for the other -- since there's a big price difference.

Thank you Star! Yes I was charged the same as the Maxxfusion and didn't realize the difference. I guess I'm not a crafty consumer! :) (Zoidberg reference :) )

95% of them work exactly the same. Most people when we call and email about a substitution dont get back to us for a few days then complain their order was delayed.

I did NOT receive anything of the sort. I've got Voice mail on every line and I also look at every single "junk" email before I delete them... I was burned by that once and never again. Been checking every "junk" email I get for the last two years to take that excuse away from shady online ebay companies that use that as an excuse...

Wow dude. Do you hate your customers or something?... You come across as having a sort of US VS THEM with your own customers..... I know 100% percent sure I have a digital record of every single communique Bloog has had with me. I was NOT informed I was given a charger from a different line than the one described in my invoice! Pretty poor service especially when you know not all of them work with the Maxfusion batteries.

OK so a substitute was sent in the hopes that something was better than nothing. But since it doesn't work he should return it for a replacement. Two... do you want to wait for the MF version (whenever that's available) or get another F version and a refund for the difference?

And to the powers-that-be... don't be charging for one thing then sending a cheaper version without crediting the consumer the difference... that's a little shady and I'd be majorly PO'd.

To be honest Star I dont know if a credit was issued for the price difference, we do have the MF chargers in stock now and if he wants to exchange it he can. But there is no reason to bite my head off for answering his question as to why he got a different charger.

OK, I'm sending both of you to your corners. I'm in too good a mood for bickering. ;)

Twoskins, I am sorry about the substitution, and sorrier that it failed. We will send out a new charger first thing tomorrow. And throw in a pack of cartos. Contact Chris and let him know what flavor you want.

Leaford, Thank you for making it right, at least as I see it you are. As we all here are customers of Bloog perhaps we may expect a little more from RED than what we have received. Perhaps he could be reined a little :)
We are not the enemy... we are the ones sending in the ca$h :)
Please let me know how to contact "chris" and also how/if I should send back to you the USB adapter that is faulty.
