Chasing the hookah cloud!

Hi guys,

I've purchased my partner a Volcano Lavatube recently. I've got one and love it!

My partner is a 'Hookah' smoker and loves the thick smoke and I'm wondering if I can set the Lavatube settings to 're-create' the same thickness in vapor?

I've watched a few videos and am not confident in modding either.

I would appreciate any feedback.. or let me know if I can give more info!

If your partner already has a favorite juice flavor - order it in a higher or 100% vg ratio. If your partner doesnt have a favorite yet - order a sampling with some different ratios on the higher VG side (40/60 pg/vg and up)

Vg gives a nice smooth, thick cloud. This may be all you need!

Let us know what ratio your partner is currently at and what type of tank/ delivery is in use

Right

I get nice thick hookah-like clouds off simple twist batteries and BCCs with 80% vg. I would imagine 100% would be pretty badass.

Just get ya some good old Carmel Coffee 65% VG 35 % PG MT Baker E-Liquid
And the Thunderous Clouds will take care of themselves... and you'll get some
wonderful flavor to go with it ... and have a Happy New Year...

Higher VG will definitely result in bigger clouds. Just be forewarned that it may deliver less throat hit then something with more PG. Also, there is a sweetness to VG and it doesn't carry as much taste as PG.

Increasing the power delivered to the juice should also increase vapor production, and the Lavatube seems to be a variable voltage/wattage device, so dial up the wattage or voltage a bit, depending on which you'd prefer to work with. Just do it slowly to taste and back it off down a bit if the vapor starts tasting burnt, unpleasant, or harsh.

I love hookah. I never used it every day, but I own one and used to use it about once every other week or so. I love that molasses/tobacco flavor.

I would recommend a juice that kind of reminded me of hookah tobacco. Boba's Bounty from Alien Visions. MAny say that it tastes like graham crackers, raisins...but it tastes like molasses to me and reminded me a lot of smoking my hookah.

Alien Visions uses 100% VG so it produces pretty big vapor clouds.

You got me to laughing... thank you... yes I did get it with a double doss of flavoring... but total cost

Are there any other ideas to produce the thick hookah type clouds while vaping besides just increasing the vg and volts?
