So....spent part of my day driving....had the fastest ER visit ever....found out that my head cold (as usual) morphed into something way less fun. Acute sinusitis with a side of upper respiratory infection. Blah. Hopefully the Augmenten will not put me back in there in three or four days with dehydration. Two people I know took it and ended up very dehydrated. I have had three G2's though, so I am off to a good start.

Hi Chapeltown. Have you ever used essential oils for sinus problems? It isn't an instant cure, but it does help the situation ... makes a person more comfortable. It is not a replacement for your medication ... just an extra little comfort. Here are a couple of recipes for sinus infection you feel like trying it some time.

How to Use Aromatherapy for Sinus Infection: 7 Steps - wikiHow

Sinusitis can be helped with by using certain pure essential oils, but it must be seen as an alternative therapy for assisting with sinusitis, and not to replace any medical treatment or medication.

Sorry about your ER visit, hope you get well soon. The reason health experts say to get plenty of rest is because the only time your body can put all its energy into healing is when you are asleep. Hope you get well soon especially with all this extreme weather.

It is funny though....I did not rest at all today. I spent nearly the whole day on my feet. Found evidence of a rodent down in our basement food storage, So I took it all out and apart, cleaned everything up with Lysol wipes, got rid of expired foods and chewed on foods, then reorganized and put it all back. And set traps.

Really Chapel? Me too. I've been hearing something under my home for a couple of days now. It got in the 50's here this week in So Cal, so I think the rats that live in the top of the palm trees are trying to find a warmer nest.

Last year, I kept hearing quite a lot of rukus, so I had to put D-con under the house. When I went out and removed the crawlspace door, I could see where insulation had already been torn down in one part. I so hate to kill our wildlife, but I was afraid it would chew through my electrical wiring and possibly start a fire. Poor little thing was probably hungry b/c the noise stopped the same day after I put it under.:( Now it looks like I'll have to be a big meanie head again and put some more under.

Dale!!! Yay, you poked your head in!!!
I am poking my head in too. So...I tried a diy mix of mine this morning, and I have no idea what happened, but it tasted nothing like it smelled or was supposed to be. It tasted like....BBQ. And not the good juicy saucy part. The charred bits. Thinking the coil was bad. This sucks.

Yes I did dear Chapel; hoping for good times :)
Hummm, can't say that sounds all that terribly good  Have you tried a new head yet?
    Maybe that's all it was.

Oh no, what a disappointment, Chapel. Sorry. I've been diy'g my own juice for almost 3 years, and all I use is Capella's flavorings at 10% flavoring, and they all really rock! The owner, Tom, helped me out one time when I had an urgency, so I stick with him. The company is only a 15-minute drive each way for me, so that's another perk. The flavoring line originated for dieters to add to food and beverages, so I trust his line. Tom told me face-to-face that there was no diacetyl in any of his flavorings. When I looked surprised, he went over to his file cabinet and pulled out a file of MDS sheets from the labs he had them tested at to prove it to me.

I'm vaping banana right now too ... diy Banana Split.

I've never frozen any of my flavorings, so I can't give a shout out about it. I've never even frozen any nicotine - just keep it in my fridge. I don't have any little ones in the house, but I do put a warning on the bottle just in case.

I actually would like to quit vaping and try just breathing oxygen for a while ... I keep saying that. I'm going to try it out next year sometime after I run out of juice and also have time to wean down to 0mg nic first.

Chat ya later, Dale and Chapel ... going to start cleaning up my kitchen. I have a couple of bananas on my table that are ripening and have attracted fruit flies ... not to mention the oranges I brought in off my orange tree that need cleaned and stored in fridge. Those pesky fruit flies are aggressive ... they buzz my face when I'm trying to eat ... maybe they like salad.

Hey Dale! I suppose in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't my worst mistake ever.... My biggest question is how on earth these heads/coils burn so very very easily!??!? Seriously, I am using, by and large, eVods and Protank... Both bcc's both bathed in liquid goodness. Both on egos..Seems like they are burning under circumstances not possible.... I mean seriously....what on earth would happen if I got it on a 6+ volt mod???

    :?: How odd Chapel

I was going to ask about your wattage but I guess that's out.

I really don't know much about all this stuff ... maybe you have a bad batch of heads?

Yes. It could very well be. I started putting them on my ohm meter to see and they are all reading twice what I ordered. 3.4 instead of 1.8.…live and learn I guess..
