Hello everyone,

bought a cheap joyetech 510 atty at a not-so-local brick and mortar yesterday so that I might use it to test eliquids before filling one of my vivinovas. Wondering what its resistance is-- doesn't say on the atomizer and not, as far as I see, on the joyetech's website either... what voltage should I set my ego-c twist to when using that atomizer? thanks much in advance.

If you aren't sure of the resistance, set it low say 3.4-3.7ish.

Start low and turn it up if you need to.

If you have a multi-meter you can check the resistance yourself.

I think you meant to say volts. But watts is the actual thing to get. Between 4-8 watts. here is a chart that will help you dial in the best vape for the combo of volts and ohms. also a Xl spread sheet that will do the calc for you.

Nope, I meant volts.

That chart or one like it has been around for a while, but it's never been right for me, and since the OP was asking what voltage to set his Twist at, since he didn't know the resistance of the atomizer, I was giving a voltage to start at.
