Lol that is so funny and ironic because I made something similar out of some old perforated craft foam I had lying around the house. I have these sitting around in a few different rooms. 
Wish I hadn't seen this now I want to go cut up some foam. LOL Great Idea though. I'll do it.

It's funny how we come up with ideas to keep our stuff upright. I watched a video of some guy that cut out holes on a paper towel or toilet paper cardboard rolls, he glued on a cardboard base and then painted it. Pretty neat idea too! I'm going to get a 2x2x8 block of wood and drill holes in it to hold my batteries and tanks. I'll paint it and distress it some to match my home decor...LOL
