Cheapest tastiest nic available shipped to WA state after 8/8?

Now that deeming regs are looming I need more nic. I would have stocked up earlier but I didn't have any money. Still don't have much. Is there any site that will ship nic base after 8/8 to Washington, at all? I ordered Nude Nicotine before this all hit and it was good but expensive. I have heard bad things about Nicotine River. Suggestions?

Depends. What mg. are you mixing to ? Over 6 mg. may make a real diff. to type of nic. Under 6 mg. not so much. Some folks like TH and a bit of peppery taste and some don't. Whats your preferences?

I loaded up on 3 liters of 100mg/ml from my freedom smokes....at $40 per liter ...but that was back in May, not sure what they have got going on now.....I mix at 3 or less mg and I dont really get much TH or pepper

I mix at 8mg/ml 100% VG (I don't like throat hit) and nude nicotine worked well for me. Glad to hear they can still ship to WA, maybe I should try ecigexpress. I actually visited their B&M in Bellingham and I found the B&M prices to be incredibly high ($65 for an ipv D3 mod without battery). Maybe their online store is a little more reasonable for their nic base. How does the ecigexpress base compare to nude nic?

Haven't used any NN. But Ecigexpress does sell smaller bottles. Maybe get a 250 ml and try it?

(And yes, like MANY b&ms, hardware is marked way up!)
