Checkout Issue . . . Again!

Hi Di,

We had this conversation last time I tried to place our Group Order with Eastmall . . . having nearly completed selecting all our items, the wretched system emptied my basket of all it's contents - yet again.

To say I'm not amused is an understatement, I realise it's a safeguard for Eastmall, but it's incredibly frustrating when you spend an hour loading everything into the checkout for the whole lot to disappear and to have to start again.

I'm spending in the region of $1000 so it's inevitable that I will be logged on for a time - is there another way I can place an order, as I can't be doing with this.

I have also mailed Selina.

I had this same problem but I figured it out. If you look at your carts contents and then go back to add more stuff, it empties out. If you click the "continue shopping" or whatever button below your cart instead, it will retain the items. I accidentally emptied my cart like 10 times before I figured this out.
