So with the NFL season approaching, our thoughts turn to football. For some, that means quality time in the Man-cave. For others, it means it is time to get that honey-do list pared down. For me, it means time to get my libraries of Cheerleader data in order. Last season, I ran a little daily post on the HHV thread featuring "Edd's Cheerleader of the Day" This season, I think it is time to take it to the next level and make it it's own thread in the lounge.
It is entirely possible that there will be little if any interest and I will be writing to myself, much like the Billy Idol tune from the 80's...
But on the off chance others will find this....stimulating....to follow, here is the Preseason look at the squads. I have previewed the AFC South, AFC North, and AFC East thus far. I hope to have the AFC West done tomorrow or Wednesday.
Once the previews are done, and the preseason is over, during the regular season each day I will pick out a cheerleader that has really brought something special to the field each day and post their pic. At the end of the week on Sunday prior to kickoff, I will decide which of the daily nominees will be the Cheerleader of the week. Of course, feedback for the nominees in the form of 'likes' to the daily cheerleaders will be a large factor in determining the winner for the week.
Weekly winners will be funneled into the playoffs which will progress in a format I have not yet determined.
No need to get to far ahead at this point. Here we go.
