Ohh that I might be off. As I have a ValleyView 22 mm on my vamo and its wider than the vamo

the vamo is definitely 22mm. i have a deceased vamo and have measured it many times. also, the AGA-T2 is 22mm as well and it looks like a hybrid with it on top. my guess is that your VV tank is larger than 22mm.

No issues with mines on the 510 threading, and all the parts interchange with each versions, including the locking ring and airflow ring. The only downside I found on mine is the switch is a little wobbly, but I'll find a fix for that.
Laser engravings: on the SS a lot deeper than the brass one, which feels more like its been laser printed.

I just got my Brass Chi-You from FT yesterday (the one with the "Black Box")..... It's pretty good -nice tube threads & machining, and on-par with the Stainless CY I got from them a few weeks ago (the "Engraved" version). They are both probably from Hcigar....but the Brass version's engraving isn't anywhere near as deep as the Stainless version, and will easily polish-off in no time at all (if that matters). BTW - the polish job from the factory is BEAUTIFUL!) When I opened the box I thought they had sent me the gold-plated version by mistake....just stunning.

It shares the same problem as the stainless version however - they both have loose 510 threading....you need to be careful when threading your devices on the 510 connector or you will strip it out....Once you get your atty screwed down all the way against the head and tighten up the center pin from underneath, its nice and solid. If you are the type that's constantly switching atties, I'd recommend an airflow controller or something similar to mount on top so it won't goober-up the threading.

Overall though it works well & hits hard. Fires every single time, with a nice crisp button throw, and it gets smoother with use. Won't auto-fire even with a heavy atty on top (RSST , AGA-T, etc). If they fixed the 510 connector - I think they would be the perfect MOD....I like them. Great bang-for-the-buck.

NamVet - Good to hear about the high quality finish. Too bad about the 510 threads.
I'm still waiting on the other two I ordered: another stainless and one brass.

I can't wait for some two tone action.

I really couldn't wait - this is how I've been using mine in 18490 with the brass 19E extended kick tube.

finally got my CYC today! this thing is awesome. buttery threads, and i havent even washed it yet. the heft of it is impressive. in full mode, its heavier than my provari. itll be great for my AGA-T2. in short mode, its shorter than my KTS in short mode.
the kick 2 fits in just fine but i think the kick1 would be a loose fit, in need of a shim. i didnt even plan on kicking this mod though. just an observation. the switch is great. ive only had experience with 1 other bottom switch mod and this throw is shorter, button is softer, and just an overall pleasure to fire.

someone mentioned earlier about not getting boge cartos to work on it. i rarely will use a carto, but i do have a laser drilled boge in a tank. so i dug it out, slapped it on, and it fires just fine. maybe the laser drilled cartos are different than the ones you have to punch yourslef so i dont know about that but all i know is this carto tank works fine.

So the one on fasttech for $27 no longer has 510 threading issues?

maybe i got lucky, but the 510 threads on mine are nice.

Here it is in tiny mode with a SS dream dripper.

Juruki did you order yours from fast tech? And if you did when did it ship? My went in to acceptance on the 16th and still no update

Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4

mine went into acceptance (from FT) around that time too. your tracking should be updated any day now. or maybe itll just be in your mailbox if the postal worker doesnt scan it in time.

I was finally able to unlock the locking ring with some rubber gloves :)
My locking ring is kinda loose though, like the threads are a little big for it? Also the firing button has a cheap spring inside and makes it feel cheap when i press it. I ordered the magnets for it already. Other than those 2 little issues im very happy with it.

On my brass version I had the air control ring loose, I just took the oring off and wrapped some wire around it, replaced it and now it's stiff x)

Edit: I also had the switch very wobbly, to fix it I place some sera filter wool I had for my spheroid to fill the extra space. It's now way better and I have a .5 mm throw.

Finally got my second and third CYC. All ordered from FT.
The brass is really nice - great finish...but I still brushed it.
The stainless steel is great too.
Neither have the same 510 thread issue as my first one; though still slightly on the loose side - not anywhere near as bad as my first CYC.
Also, the first one I got has slightly different (lighter color) etching similar to the brass one I just got. But the serial # font is different.
The only other difference I noticed is the air flow holes - my first one has the center hole slightly higher than the other two; the new ones I just received are all evenly inline.
I'm glad I got the other two.

Far left is the first SS I got.
Of course they are pictured next to my FT Hcigar nemmy clone, which I really like too :)
