Chibi Tanks.. Caps instead of grommets?

So I really am having a tough time with my grommets. I just ordered 15 Boge cartos, but I have realized that the grommets are no longer fitting snug! The slip and slide all over the place and last night I had a little accident where all the juice spilled out! Now I'm really digging the caps since they pretty much look to prevent all the sliding back and forth, so I ordered a couple DC tanks from Hoosiers. After the order I realized they will not work on my 15 boges! again... So now I am in a little bit of a pickle! Is it possible to order replacement caps from anywhere that would work with these chibi tanks from parkesvaping? I already have the tubes and I don't want them to go to waste. Any ideas?

I ordered replacements from amazon.. do a search for Vinyl Grommets 5/16" Bore Diameter 5/8" O.D. they work good. Make sure your grommets are dry before trying to assemble them with your carto and tube. unless they are actually on the carto, they will seem too small for the tubing. There is a video somewhere on here (search youtube) that shows how to assemble them.

There was a kind of tank that recommended that you get everything clean and dry, like they are when shipped, then pop the grommets in a cup of water and heat for a short time in the microwave prior to assembly....

They fit just tight enough and don't need an O-ring to seal.
I've bought them and they do work well.

I ordered those grommets from Amazon for my Chibi. Great price and they work fine with my tank. I did notice that (at least for me) it was important that I got my pre-punched cartos from Parkes- they have larger holes than other vendors. I had used pre-punched cartos from someone else and it didn't draw well and was very dry and burned out quickly. I took a closer look at what was happening and found that the holes in the cartos were different in location and size. So now, I just use the cartos from Parkes. I've had to replace the grommets on my Chibi (I had nicked the original one with my syringe) with those automotive ones from Amazon. Works perfectly.

You can use DC tanks with Boges. Just cut the tubing shorter with a knife.
