So I live in Japan and vaping doesn't really exist here. The only things that do exist are the small cig lookalikes, and those have 0mg nic. Part of this has to do with the fact that the tobacco industry here lobbied early and basically shut the market down before it started. Plus the government gets kick backs from the tobacco industry so they have incentive to make sure Ecigs never take off. As an amusing point, its technically not possible to get pure liquid nicotine here because its considered a medical product, you can only import the amount of nicotine that you can justify you would use in a month. (Selling nicotine products besides cigs is illegal, see medical product.) Luckily customs only occasionally opens boxes. But back to my point.

Shipping from most places on the Earth to here is pretty expensive, about 20-40USD respectively. The only place where its relatively cheap is for stuff coming from China. This is also nice for my limited budget because there are nice cheap (clone) mods coming from China. The problem I have is finding good Chinese sellers. Many google searches tend to turn up Alibaba hits. What I am aware of at the moment are the following places:

fasttech (Good selection, relatively quick if I'm not dealing with batteries)
ChinaBuye (Haven't bought anything, not sure how legit they are, but they have some clones FT doesn't have I've noticed)
HealthCabin (Selection is ok for some things, but lacking in clones)
BestEcig (Selection isn't good)
VB (When I saw the site it threw all kinds of red flags on me, Googling showed I wasn't wrong in my suspicion)
Ebay (Obviously selection varies, and sorting for sellers from China is impossible)

Are there any other Chinese sellers that have a good selection and a good wrap that I can look at?

For shipping to Europe , the 'fast' in fasttech is a bit of a misnomer. Did several orders from them, everything ok.
Same with healthcabin, took about 10 days to get here. Keep an eye on their website, every now and then they have special actions with discounts and/or free shipping.
Cinabuye, put an order with them, still processing. Did check in another orum beforehand though if they're 'clean'

But read around, some threads here about Japan customs being a bit iffy.

I ordered a 500ml bottle of 48mg liquid nic. and it got through customs here just fine. That wasn't from China though. I've ordered lots of stuff from China and it gets through customs just fine. If I do EMS shipping on something, its here within 3-4 days from being shipped out. China Post Airmail can make it in about 4-6 days depending, usually. Japan's post system is fast about getting stuff to your door too.
