I love to see everyone else's new mods and hear about new "stuff", but when I post about things I am admiring or post something that I purchased, I always feel like maybe I shouldn't post that because it is too much like bragging. All of my gear has been purchased on sale or what I thought was on sale and actually pretty cheap. Although I have spent a lot on vaping, my actual hardware purchases have been quite modest. When I browse the "Show Me Your Gear" posts, some of these folks have thousands of dollars in MODs, including $50 to $100 tanks on a Caravela. Believe me I am not jealous. From what I can see posted, most of us continue to search for the perfect device. Maybe one of us will finally come up with the "Holy Grail" of vaping.

Have you ever tried WL "Smooth" in any of your mixes? I just got some with my last order but haven't had any time to fool around with it yet.

Funny you should ask. I got the Smooth Tobacco [TFA] in my last order. I mixed it up plain to see how it tastes and then I will probably add my caramel and ethyl malto once I see how it tastes I'm going to taste test it this weekend. I was letting it steep for 2 weeks first.

I feel like I have spent a small fortune on vaping but I am not smoking. I did find my personal Holy Grail. The Provari with carto/tanks. I am loving it. I got two since I couldn't live without one once I tried it. Of course, I got the blems at a discount.


There is still plenty of room in my world for the X2's and the Volts which I still use when out and about. Even though I DIY, I still love SI ry4 and 555. Nummy.

Lizzie, I meant the additive "Smooth" not "Smooth Tobacco". This stuff is supposed to take the high "notes" off and make things more mello. I'll let you know what I discover once I get enough time to play.

most of my nights are in voltville...till the wee hours....my house mate calls me a vampire...sitting there typing sucking on your batts....I havnt seen sunrise for 8mths....lol...I usually awake around 10am to 12pm...its a living...

Let us know about the Smooth Tobacco, Please. I am always interested in new tobacco flavors, because I am stuck on your RY4 base with a little extra things added.

I am glad you found the "Holy Grail" with the ProVari. Eventually I am going to get one, but as I have posted before, I admire the clean stainless steel feel and look. The ProVari (original) was close, but the new one with the swirls does not appeal to me. I am sure from reading all of the comments that the Vape is great, but I am waiting for them to come out with one that looks like the SS Vamo finish (plain Jane Stainless Steel).

It is but depends on how you see it.
If you want THEIR stuff it's useless and bad.
If you want their stuff and work hard till you are happy with what you got then i'm fine with it.

I take example from me, i'm fine with the volt even if i have a lavatube just sitting around and don't use it.
I would not even change my stuff with a provari etc.
