Wow lots of bowlers! I was starting to think I'm the only bowler that vapes LOL. All the funny looks at the smokers pit outside between games... "What is THAT?!"

Bowling absolutely is just as much mental as physical. That's what my coach has been beating into me for a year.
1. Train repetitive correct bowling motion.
2. Continue to repeat until it happens every time.
3. Do it during league and don't choke! <--- still working on this one

Glad to hear you've got a coach reptilr. They're the difference between being good and GREAT. Even the pro's have regular coaching! Good luck!

You are right, and I know that. :) My problem is that when I feel that I've been wronged, I have a really difficult time just letting it go. I don't know why I'm that way, because whether I'm right or wrong, nobody is going to change their minds. I do know one thing: Voltville is great and I enjoy it a lot. I do have to growl every once in a while though. :)

Maybe this strategy will help. Ask yourself, "In 100 years, will this make a difference?" Some issues of unfairness are important to address, but some will just blow over. If you can assess the importance of the unfairness, sometimes that puts it in perspective. What is it the AA people say? Something about changing what you can change and accepting what you can't change? Maybe you are giving the unfair people too much power over you if they can make you react. It's something to think about. Sometimes straightening out in your own mind just what is going on under the surface helps, too. See the bigger picture, not the little things that make it up.

Have missed quite a lot this week. concentrating on day to day stuff, trying to spend as little time on the internet as possible, working a lot of hours and fitting in ten pin training with my coach. I want to crack the 200 this year and im getting real close. Two of my friends have moved interstate and I can feel the hole that it has left behind. :(
Adjusting the kitty's to being locked up at night time ( in a big area) ( its law here to protect wildlife) and the male just has to make more mess for me to clean up in the mornings.... there is more kitty litter out of the box than in ??? LOL any hints for me to keep it in , please feel free to let me know.
Hi Imagine, nice to see you poppin in with worldy moon news!!! Kia don't know you all too well, but love ya voltie all the same!!!
Retriever .... try not to wander too far for that scratch.... stay here where you can get them without any fights!!
Rave - I sure hope for everyone, but especially you that nicotine doesn't become restricted.
Marlou - I mix as basic as you can get for DIY... I just mix 5 & 10ml batches of one flavour like caramel, or banana crème or vanilla with nicotine and vg, ( with the correct math to make it 10 -12mg. Its not excellent tasting, but its enough for now to satisfy both my curiosity and my wallet.
Cindy - I used to order a lot from Tasty Vapor, so happy for you that you got some awesome juice with prices to match!!! I never got to try their chunky or banana creme pie..... you must tell us about it!!! ....LOL well okay only if you want to ;p
Its been a long day for me today, well sure feels like it. a 0450-1300 shift and now chilling down with some coffee and RY4...
Have a great day all, sure miss you lots.... xxoo

I may have an answer to your litter box problem. Try one of the enclosed styles. See http://www.dinodirect.com/ProductReviews/ProductID-392750-currency-AUD.html for instance.

Rave, if I remember correctly you are the youngest of those siblings, so I would think they stopped once they reached perfection...

Wow, nice flowers. :D

That comes from the serenity prayer which most of us use daily. We pray for serenity to accept the things we cannot change, power to change the things we can, and wisdom to know the difference. We can't change people places or things, only ourselves and the way we look at them. Don't let them live in your head rent free.

Thanks for posting this. There are some really ignorant comments being made over there on this article. I'm trying to set them straight...and I'm pimping out SI all over the place. :headbang:

I'm soo proud of you Poppie. :thumb: After I read the first ignorant comment I was out the door. :(

Oh I don't have the ability to keep my mouth (fingers?!) shut!! LOL I love to argue with people when I KNOW that I'm right! :p

Take Retriever over there with you. He won't get in trouble with the mods over there and if they ban him we'll still have him here. :D It's getting to the point where I check his profile to see if he's alright if he doesn't post here for a while.

Glad to hear that you're fighting the good fight, Poppie! I didn't even scroll down to the comment section when I read the article!

Sorry I haven't been around much, lately. I'd blame school, but I'm not doing so good with that. Quite a few health problems hitting me all at once. The biggest one right now is grief. I know it's been ten years since I lost my father (tomorrow), but I still haven't gotten over it. So it's around this time of year I tend to keep to myself. Hope you all understand!

Miss you all! Have a great Wednesday and happy vaping! :vapor:
