Hey everyone - I'm just fine all things considered. If you'd seen the tree fall with me holding on to it on America's Funniest Videos, you woulda cracked up laughing - just like I did. First, I had to look around to see if I'd embarrassed myself in front of anyone other than the dog though.

Wish I could have been there with a camcorder, you'd be world famous by now!

Oh Rave & Kia sounds like you have had a rough day. I tell ya it must be the gremlins - and boy do i need to sort them out. Gremlins giving you guys aches, and gremlins killed my laptop. Out of warranty and will cost too much to repair , best i can do is get another one for the amount it was going to cost me for repairs. Arrggghhhhh

Date Day - Hubby has to go to the dentist for a chipped temporary crown. He shouldn't have any novocaine so, since we have to drive 30 miles to go to the dentist and it is in a "real" town, I thought we would go to the hardware store, get a few groceries, go out to lunch at my favorite Mexican restaurant and generally hang out together without getting anything important done!!!

I'll have to have a look at that site. This craptop,and my wife's, both suffer from a lack of memory, kind of like me, and get really slow on web sites with lots of Java, ActiveX and other "enhancements" that we just can't "live" without. It does get frustrating at times, waiting for a page to paint to the screen so maybe we're both over due for an upgrade (ya think????).

Sure hope that credit card ban on ecigs doesn't reach SI any time soon. What the is wrong with these people?!? There are so many worse things in this world you can buy online, why make it so difficult for us to stop smoking?!?! geez louise
Unless SI and those like them can start making deals with local smoke shops to start carrying their products, then I'll have no place to go if I can't order online with a credit card.

I was just watching the local news on one of the "lame stream" networks. They had a report that lung cancer rates among non-smokers is up from 7% to 11%. Now, since smoking, and vaping for that matter, has been severely curtailed, just who's to blame? Park your cars, they think it's exhaust gas from vehicles! I'm old enough to remember when granpa Frank got smoking stopped on the airlines. I guess he never sat in a plane, waiting in a long line to take off, breathing all that "wonderful jet fuel exhaust that made everyone on the plane sick. Smoking was evil, exhaust gas wasn't, until now.

I found another problem with using a lanyard, it gets tangled with the lanyard for my glasses and I end up taking my glasses off very uncerimoniously when I put the X2 back in my shirt pocket! Oh, the hazards of modern life!

With the elections right around the corner I would look at all the hot air coming out of the conventions in the last two weeks. I heard it was all the cows that produce all that methane gas that was the problem but that's kinda the same thing if you think about it. Seriously, I don't care what side of the isle you are on is there anyone left in America that still believes anything any of them say. They should hook everyone of them up to a polygraph while the are speaking and put the graph up on the screen beside them. I'm sorry, did I say that out loud? Oh well I almost made it all day without stirring the pot. This post might not be here long so read it quick.

I know Pay Pal has banned it but if any of my CC companies ban it I'll ban them, I banned pay pal when I found out the wanted me to pay them 3% to spend my own money. Why are people always looking to stir up trouble? If it ain't against any laws it's just moronic back room activism, what country do we live in again? I need to check my map maybe somebody moved the borders while I was napping.
