OK, so for dinner for the next few nites (I cook once, then freeze them in individual servings):
Mediterranean veggie pasta with fish steaks or Falafel wraps with roasted veggies? Can't decide.

Wow! So organized! I just grab and growl. The Mediterranean veggie pasta and fish steaks sounds good to me.

Pasta for me!!!! :D

Hey, gang! Sorry I've been away for a bit, but I have a new friend in the house, and I've also had some cleaning and construction crews coming in, and more to come.

Anyway, my 60 lb shelter rescue/lap dog wanna be, Shamus! He's a big ol' baby, 4 years old, and loves a good belly rub. A border collie/Bernese mountain dog mix, and he's currently enjoying chewing on a beef knuckle/knee.

Wow I'm amazed Shamus is only 60 lbs

Yummo CINDY! (minus the pasta unless it's GF!)
Which reminds me: They say your body craves what it needs. I'm always craving green veggies - B vitamins I'm told.
Any of you (ex-smokers) ever notice that?

Rave - love the twister pics! Especially the second one with the 2 in it!
LOVE LOVE LOVE T-storms! One night I just held the button w/ the burst mode - took forever to delete the black ones but caught a few great lightening pics!

Good morning, Volties. I hope everyone slept as well as me. We had rain for the last two days and a nice cool down. I slept with my window open last night and sleep I did. Fall is my favorite time of year. I don't do well in hot weather. Have some coffee, everyone, and I'll even take orders for breakfast. :D

Kia, Shamus is adorable.

We should be so lucky as to have Snooky jump in the ocean, and not come out. Believe it or not, we do get a fair share of "heavy" weather between thunder storms, hurricanes, flash flooding and such. The big problem is that the Weather Service in Mount Holly also posts warning for everything from the upper Chesapeake Bay on up into the Poconos.

Just jerking your chain, so to speak. I lived on Long Island for a bit after the towers fell and the town I lived (OakDale) in was 3ft. below MSL and right on the shore of The Great South Bay. Some days I needed a boat to get into the city to work. We used to wreck dive down off Sandy Hook and I'm a little familiar with the local weather there especially those sneaky noreasters. Do you have the weather radio for amusement or are you that close to the shore? BTW I hear Snooky is all skinny now so you don't have to worry about a tsunami if she does jump in. With the crew she hangs with it's more likely she will get tossed in with cement shoes. (My apologies to all the Italian Americans for the stereotypical reference, everyone knows there is no such thing as the Mafia at least not in South Jersey):D

Thanks, I have Scuba Dan's Excel file and Breakthru's eJuiceMeUp app, and don't even wanna look at recipes right now, cuz it'll just make me wanna buy more flavors. Then I won't be eating. Just had to get enough stuff this time around to get my feet wet and tide me over for the next few months (severely limited funds - out of juice and had exactly $53 to spend), but yeah, I see a wine fridge for this stuff in my future...

Woohoo, my head's still spinning from the cost difference! With premixed, I would've blown my $53 in 1 1/2 months with just 1 or 2 flavors. Now I've got 4 months' worth, with 6 flavors and all the combinations I can get with those!

Dan was the reason I got started with DIY and to anyone that would like to have his calculator you can download it for free at Xtreme Vaping LLC right on the start page. I wanted to DIY just so I knew what I was putting in my lungs. Since most of the juice you buy on the internet comes from China unless you are willing to pay $18 and up for 30ml and then you don't know what the "Lab" used in their recipe anyway. Just because a juice supplier says the juice was mixed in the USA does by no means insure they used USA ingredients. I did a lot of research before I jumped in and was very surprised at what was getting passed off as Made in the USA. The cost savings is amazing, there is an incredible amount of markup when it comes to juice or should I say a disgusting amount of markup? Either way I'm glad you decided to DIY, you will never go back to store bought.

Good to see ya back Kia! I've been missing you. BTW - Shamus is beautiful. But - Don't they ALL love belly rubs?

So ---- my body is telling me that I actually need Nutella?

Very nice lightning pic! Lightning is really hard to shoot.

Actually, both of my pics show two funnel clouds visible. I was showing the pics to Dave last night and we were remembering the whole thing. He pointed to where the third funnel cloud was in both pics. It kept bouncing up and down into the cloud in a mesmerizing way. It was closer to us than the other two funnels.

I did sleep well, Lilac, and I'm glad you did too. Fall is also my favorite time of year also. It is such a relief after the intense heat we've had this summer. Thanks for the coffee! :)
