I have read a couple of those stories also. The computer I do it with has a higher rated USB port rated to power externals - should be safe...
that whole thing is precisely WHY I wasn't charging it on my computer usb LOL,,,,,,DH went out and found me a power thingy with the usb in it that was 5.0 volts and 2 amps so I'd have no problems,,,,,,,,,
it appears to be working as a pass through now in my bathroom LOL.
I think it's my plug,,,,,,but the light is lit,,,IDK, Jaime thinks maybe it's not making good contact and it might be the actual charger that's the problem. OR the 6 plug adapter in the plug is messed up and we need a new one,,,,,,whatever, I THINK my X2 is safe,,,,,going to use the 78mm tonight and let this thing charge for a few hours.

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE it's vaping just fine now!!!!!! I'll fully charge it in the other plug, and Jaime is going to replace this one tomorrow so I can plug it in near my bed.
