Geez, I missed the post with nshepard. Welcome and hoping to meet you.

Cafe Verona and SI Ry4 this morning. Hubby is home. It is his day off. Looking forward to working on the wood shed project with him. Maybe I will take the little horse for a walk. Wiseguy loves going for a walk. He has been worried about dogs again so I will take him along the dog route so he can see for himself they really aren't that scary.

Have a great day, Volties.

Hello to everyone!

Renolizzie - I share your enthusiasm for Starbuck's coffee. I always thought Country 24mg was pretty darn close to a cigarette. I always keep some of that around.

Raynes - Yay! for the puppy. Good work on your part.

1st Officer and Raynes - Being a vet I appreciate everything done to support veterans. But there's no reason to have bad feelings or bad actions against anyone. Just keep doing the good things. I'm all for bikinis and wet t-shirts!

Cindy, Holly, and Awsum - and anyone else I forgot; you're all bad!! It's fortunate I find that to be a quality trait in people.

Raven - Thank you for the view from your bedroom. The pleasure was all mine.

And everyone else including you Konstantine, have a wonderful day!

Blues, the way you express yourself reminds me of my Grandfather (that is the highest compliment I could give anyone) except he would have said "You can't fight ignorance you can only rise above it". Its ignorance that I hate, not the person. There is a difference btw not knowing and ignorance. Your right good deeds is the ONLY way to rise above ignorance.
As far as the pup goes,I didn't do anything but take her to the vet to get checked out like I do every animal that is abandoned here, the pup did the rest.
The no kill shelter called this morning (the one I'm fostering Millie for),asking if I could foster another abused cat for them. I feel like a cold hearted bum but I just can't take on anything else right now

OK - I went back a couple pages - not sure what caught my eye!

Just wanted to say - your lucky to still have the leaves! Just commented to my bro about so many leaves being gone already ... especially on the sumac. Love their brillance!

Raynes - - please - finish the story you started above! I was getting into it!

How's SandySue? Hope she's doing well ...

Kicco, your so funny. That was the story

I'm wondering though,,,,,,for more than a week, I was using cartos that really needed replacing,,,,,I think I used more juice during that time,,,,why I don't know,,,,,,but the new ones are so much better, my juice consumption has slowed down a little bit.

makes me wonder if they burn more juice when they are kinda clogged up,,,,,Id think it would be the opposite, but there you have it.

Thank you for the compliment, Raynes. And, yes, your Grandfather was a smart man. Mark Twain said, "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see."

It is important to know your limits. Do what you can, Raynes. You are doing a great deed in taking care of Millie. And Millie appreciates that.

Speaking of Mark Twain, here's a quote of his on smoking, "Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world. I know because I've done it thousands of times."

Enjoy your day!

Hmm - Mark Twain was right! I've done it hundreds ... but "thousands"?!?!!!

Raynes - had to laugh ... over at Amazon on horse books: For Horse-Crazy Girls Only: Everything You Want To Know ...

The description was so DEAD ON! Here's a part:

Is your first and second favorite animal a horse? Is your bedroom covered with horse posters on your walls and horse models on your shelves? Would you rather muck out a stall than clean your room? Then you are absolutely, undeniably horse crazy, and this is the only comprehensive book about everything a horse-crazy girl needs to know about horses.

I'm wondering who let them into my room when I was in school! 2 walls from 3 foot off floor - they were one big collage!
Between vaping & horse stuff ... I'm so beyond broke! :toast:

Don't know if you have watched Mr. Outlaws Video on filling Cartos but in the beginning I used the XL SS Cartos and had a terrible time refilling them and getting the most out of them until I watched this How to fill a cartomizer with the condom fill and spin - YouTube I was amazed at how much better my results were after I started doing it this way. If you don't use this method for filling you are missing out on getting the most out of your juice. If you do use this method please disregard... :D
