Got it from SteelJan's vids. She called them "boots", but I couldn't remember that and wound up with "booties".

You saved your money by listening to what you've heard from many others! I wasted some money and now I feel like I have to use up those cartos. I don't like wasting money! I think I'll keep them to use when I go out which isn't that often. I am not looking for a delicious vape when I'm out, I just want my nicotine fix so they would be good for that! P.S. What's a tasting carto? Just carefully pulling out the filler and putting a few drops in it and using it as an atomizer to taste ejuices? I tried that method and for me it worked badly.

Yes, that's what I was calling a tasting carto. Rave showed us how to do it. Why did your attempt work badly? Maybe you can save me from more mistakes.
