Good Morning - Saturday it is - Mow the yard, wash the car, clean the windows - get going everyone - daylight is burning (LOL)...

And I will bet Rave still has base boards to put in... ;)

I can't deny it. Been dealing with priorities lately as much as I'm able. That just isn't one of 'em. *sigh*

It's always quiet on the weekends, but jeesh!

I guess everyone is happily vaping away and doing the life thing.

Well, I'm here, Rave. I went grocery shopping earlier and now I've got bed linens in the washer...waiting on them.

I finally tried SI's clearos and ordered five more...now I will have all of them, just like you. You are contributing to the delinquency of a senior citizen.:laugh: Are you proud of yourself?:vapor:

Absolutely! Always proud to contribute. These things are great! Today I've been experimenting with taking them apart and dry burning. It takes some muscle to disassemble and reassemble, so I'm finding it much easier to just remove the silicone cup with the pip, do a quick vodka bath, dry burn, replace silicone and refill. It really, really rejuvenates these things if they get crudded up. 'Tis a pain, but it's worth it! :)

I've been dry burning well-used cartos too. I looked at pics and diagrams of ....g carto autopsies and, unless the coil is dislodged and has contact with the filler, it seemed like it could take the heat in there. It's been working so far. I cup my hands and I can see the pretty orange glow. Sometimes I hear a crackle, and it's probably the crud getting zapped (haha, wishful thinking). Haven't done it enough to recommend it yet though...

But like Imagine said, I knew you guys would find a way to revive these "disposable" things! Nice!

Wow Cindy. I never would have thought of dry burning a filler carto. That's how you get rid of a "crud nugget" (SteelJan quote) on atties and non filler ones. I remember the filler doesn't touch the coil. Gotta find a half dead Volt carto and try something. I have put some on a manual 510 with an adaptor that were performing poorly to use the rest of the juice being the cheapskate that I am but then tossed them. Something to do on Saturday night lol.
