So I am curious what prodded you guys to give up the analogs.
I am a second year nursing student, and this past semester, I had clinical rotations with respiratory therapy. Needless to say, I say I am one of those people that needs to SEE what can happen. After that day, I promised my self that when finals were over, I would give up smoking. And I did!
Even if i could not get my hands on my volt, I dont think I would ever pick up a smoke again.

Unfortunately, I haven't been successful at giving up smoking, but the Volts really do cut down how many analogs I consume. For me, it's my own health. All the things you hear about: shortness of breath when running, coughing in the morning, the smell, etc. Be thankful you are one of the people who can quit entirely. Your body is probably already thanking you.

The biggest change for me is my sleep. I do not remember sleeping as well as I have over the past 2 weeks.
I love my sleep.

Running is a bit easier too.:p

Wow, cool video! But sorry, Imagine - I have to agree with the others. Doesn't make me cringe, but typos on ads and stuff make a company look really cheesy and unprofessional - wouldn't want that for SI.

Also, I would change the smoke without the "smoke" to "smoke" without the smoke. It's the first "smoke" that you're not really doing, so that's the one that should be in quotes.

I know. OUCH!

I had been trying to give it up for years. When I first started at 19, I said to myself "OK, this is really stupid, but I'm gonna let you do it till you're 35." 35 went by, and I still couldn't quit, it was my last bad vice, and nothing worked.

Finally one day, I went to the movies and saw Johnny Depp in The Tourist. That's what got me started on vaping. And I'm with you. Even if I can't vape anymore, I still can't ever go back to analogs. Blecch! They're yucky!

Haha, I tried going into nursing, for my mom, who was a career nurse. 2 years into the prereqs and I realized I was way too squeamish! Sorry, mom!

My daughter prodded me towards electronic cigarettes and she has never smoked. Just had a full physical - 18% increase in lung capacity - tell me that aint results... :D

Yes, if I go to a site on the Internet with a lot of typos, I hesitate to trust them, since I feel that fly-by-night companies are probably less into doing things right. If a site or their advertising or whatever face they present to the public looks professional and well done, I have more respect for them. It makes me think they want to do things the right way; they aren't sloppy or dishonest. Sure, there may be slick operators out there that can present a good face, but that's just my personal prejudice, I guess. You know all that junk e-mail you get with a hundred misspellings? Who would ever click on their link? It's like they are just asking you to be stupid and do it.

My increased lung capacity was the first thing I noticed. So cool. When I smoked, I could work out on my HealthRider for maybe 10 minutes, and forget stairs. Now I can go up to an hour nonstop! With the svelt bod to prove it!

I smoked for 42 years - 1 1/2 to 2 packs a day. I didn't really want to quit smoking because I loved it. It happened by accident when I tried my first PV that I ordered out of curiosity. There is no going back for me. It will be 3 years analog free this summer.

Rave - Just like "HeIsMyEverything" and a few others - You Always Give "Me" Hope . . . :D

You know what - after thinking about it - I am amazed and find it quite funny at how many people are commenting and more concerned with the difference of a "E' over an "A" being used in that Animated Video than (since it is being used in a comparision ;) ) some of the other "issues" I mentioned in "My" Review and the suggestions I made about some possible improvements and/or modifications that should be made to the Video before it is posted or put online for others to see . . . Thanks Uncle!!

We are fine, just without Prime Minister and Government... Well, Belgium managed without them for more than a year, we are having elections in a month, so I believe we will be OK. After all, anything is better than our previous situation!! And we all hope for the best. :)

Thank you so much for caring, dear! You are so, so sweet!!

GREAT . . . :D

Just Keep "Us" Updated . . . :)

AND - If either of "You" need to GET AWAY for AWHILE - Remember I live in FLORIDA . . . :D

However, No Matter if Ya' Be Conservative/Liberal or Republican/Democrat . . .

This is a - NO POLITICAL DISCUSSION ALLOWED ZONE ! ! !

I've been trying to quit for years. I was embarrassed to be a smoker, and I've been getting more and more worried about my health. And of course, it costs a fortune to smoke these days.

Sorry, Uncle...but I'm a grown-up who LOVES cartoons! I've been on a lot of sites with online ads (my crossword sites, Pogo, Yahoo!, etc.) and this seems to be the trend. It also didn't bother me that there was just the one same dude over and over again (haha, even in the multiple dudes frame). But I can see where you're coming from. :)

The typos on the other hand...they're the ones that set big-time companies apart from small mom & pop ones. That's just one of those big professional no-nos in advertising. As someone who did graphic design for 20 years, I was really bummed out that whoever made the video didn't catch them. That's part of the job! :grr:

And no need to zip up...everyone's entitled to his/her opinion, and I love hearing yours! ;)

Good for him!
I just noticed too how much better my circulation is. No more cold feet and hands! I just saw that stop-smoking commercial too, of that guy that lost his legs due to circulation problems, and thought about how close I would've gotten if I hadn't quit. Not to mention that lady with the wig, false teeth and tracheotomy screw-on cap on her neck! Now that's scary! See what you're missing out on? :)

Cindy, I was convinced I couldn't quit. Were it not for PVs, I couldn't have.
